This is my favorite restaurant in Potomac. All the staff members are very friendly and polite. I really enjoy coming here all the time I feel like I’m part of the family. The food is delicious especially the meatloaf is very very very very delicious, my mom use to make it for me for years. Every time I order it reminds me of my mom who I miss really deeply.I Especially want to thank you new head chef who is awesome, you rock

Have been stopping by Hunters for a while and have always been impressed by the welcoming service and very friendly atmosphere. Fonz particular, is great at the bar.The quality of the food is excellent! Particularly the meatloaf and the chicken tenders which are very well done.

Came in for lunch today and received the worst service. I ordered food and it came 45 minutes later. People who had ordered after me received their food before me. No explanation and no apology. Hunters used to be a great place to go but not such much anymore with the incompetent bartenders

Ordered a second beer at 6:20, it was served at 6:29 was charged full price, happy hour ends at 6:30.Owner responded quickly offering to reimburse the difference.

I’ve been going to hunters for a while and the food is amazing! The staff, however are the heart, and Fonz is one of our faves. He’s always Johnny on the spot, Carries great genuine conversation, and goes above and beyond. All to support his beautiful family and make sure whoever stops by the bar, has a great experience. I'm hard to please. Getting five stars usually required stellar amazing service. We came for their half price burgers (and happy hour). We didn't have any of the half priced alcohol, but were happy to see all the burgers on their menu are included in the half price deal which is every Saturday from 11am-4pm.I've been twice for this. Once with a very large group of 10 people where the service was amazingly attentive. The second time I went was with my family (four of us). The first time I went my well done burger was pink in the middle. This time it was cooked through as requested. First time I went I asked for pickles on my burger and was told it would cost $2extra but I said OK anyway. Turns out the pickles were actually one huge large full sized pickle. I cut slices off it and placed on my burger. This time with my family when I asked for a pickle I wasn't told it was $2 extra and when my burger arrived I had no pickle. It took 10 mins before I could flag someone down and ask for my missing pickle and commented that if I was paying $2 for pickles I wanted to make sure I got it and which point I was told I could get a pickle spear for free ~or~ pay $2 or the whole pickle. Went for the spear. My family had to wait while I finished my food since I waited so long to get a complete burger with all my toppings. No one ever brough the mustard I asked for several times and finally got up and got it myself. So a mixed bag of service. We'll be going back again and see how the service is the final time.

I've been to Hunter’s Bar and Grill a few times now and it never disappoints! The menu has a good variety of options, from salads to burgers to pasta and everything is made with quality ingredients. The staff are friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for a casual meal.

We live in Issaquah, but my parents built a house here years ago- right before Covid hit. There are few places to eat around here. We are so very impressed with this place. It isn’t the most glamorous, but the food is excellent, and the service is above great! Jesse is awesome. I’m not quite sure how he fills all of the rolls in the restaurant as he does (bartender, server, cook) but he does it, and he’s great. Highly recommend.

The crab cake is wonderful, as are so many of their dishes! Caring and attentive service, not rushed and a warm and calm atmosphere makes it 5 stars in all categories! The new owners are doing everything right!
