because of the remodel hiding the kitchen and having the employees congregate there, you wait 5-10 minutes after arriving to be addressed, particularly infuriating for mobile orders placed ahead of time...

I could look past this location charging for sauce (and forgetting the sauce) or phasing out free refills or generally having mid food (often lukewarm or small portion), but to not even be addressed when I have taken the time to show up with my money and standing there politely (and having my time wasted), that just isn't right!!

Too crowded, terrible layout, no free refills (this was the owner of this location's decision), and everytime I order through the app they seem to both take forever with my order and use a completely different number than the app has given me. It's worth driving 15 minutes to a different location.

Only one person was working on Sunday morning. Clearly only one person was not enough to handle to handle all the customers that were there. Ended up not getting a sandwich I ordered and contacted McDonald's customer care and all I got was an I'm sorry. No refund. So this store owes me $7.

Food is what you expect from McDonald’s. I’m not giving McDonald’s food in general five stars but the level at which the staff here produces food so neatly and quickly is impressive. I have yet to get soggy fries or a messy sandwich or wrong order from this location.

Parking here generally sucks but I have my own solution that I won’t share hah. But do keep that in mind.
