The food is great and service is off the charts The manager and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

First time coming to this location. Love the kiosk ordering machine. Still there were more people working than customers. I got a text to pick up my order, went up to the counter, but the staff were all too busy chatting. They all had their bodies turned away from the counter and chatted loudly. The other staff making food saw me and one other customer, they didn’t acknowledge us at all. It was hard to even chip in to ask a question. Finally they finished their chatting and turned around to help us.

Food? Fries and chicken nuggets were like overnight leftover. Very very dry and overly salty. Chicken shack is also terrible. I guess that’s why they are doing chicken Sunday to get rid of all the terrible shacks. Ordered a half and half, worst drink in all different shake shack across the country. It’s so watery, my husband even asked me what is this supposed to be?

Their burgers have improved drastically and are now delicious. Fries are still horrible.

Shake shack is as good as five dollars but they offer more on their menu such as a mushroom burger other options

Simple takeout order of one chicken sandwich, 10 bites and two fries. Had no other orders to fill. Gave us a box of fries along with two sides of fries. READ. Terrible.

Update: They provided a prompt refund. Good customer service. Appreciate that. Will still eat at Shake Shack just will not order delivery through their own app/website.

Just ordered delivery through their website and was promised a delivery time of 31 minutes. Ended up taking over an hour. Food was cold and waxed paper literally glued to food since it was sitting in some delivery person’s car for an hour. The delivery person delivered several orders - apparently Shake Shack uses batch delivery (multiple orders for one driver) for their own website/app delivery - so beware.

I was a usual customer at Shake Shack's first store located at Madison Sq garden NYC. Having that said, I have a high expectation when it comes to Shake Shack burger.

I ordered a Double Shack today.
Patties were dry, overlooked, and burnt.
I had to peel off burnt cheese from those patties.

Ya know, they do a nice flattop burger here and don't cook and smash the life out of their burgers like Five Guys does most of the time.

there are always so many things we like that were great.
the first thing is that the food was great (perfect shake shack food).
- it was made quickly and accurately
- it was consistent with every other order we've ever had
- the manager and staff were exceptional, and made us feel like they they really cared, which they absolutely did as reflected in the quality of the order we received. GREAT TEAM!
- I'd forgotten pickles, which I failed to include in my order, and was given plenty!
- I did not feel like I ate a brick 5 minutes after I ate (also a consistent outcome, every visit)
- it was a VERY easy way to share my favorite burger with my family, who had never tried shake shack, and they ALL loved their burgers and dogs.
- I liked how easy it was to order this online, VERY simple, no confusion!
- this was a great solution to the difficult problem of getting a house bound elder, as well as a wheel chair bound OTHER elder the best possible cookout possible as actually BBQing is NOT an option, our Fourth of July party was a smashing success.

things we didn't like:
- nothing, everything was perfect.

This was large order, and was delivered in large boxes, and was very impressive to open infant of everyone, VERY cool!

- we've NEVER had a poor shake shack experience, the managers ALWAYS greet us, and the staff is SO focused on excellence.

I ordered the Banana Pudding Shake and the Dubai Chocolate Shake, but both were incredibly milky and lacked the expected flavor and consistency. The Dubai Chocolate Shake also wasn’t made as advertised. When I brought this up to an employee, they seemed uninterested and dismissive about the issue. Unfortunately, the experience at the Cabin John Shake Shack was disappointing—both in terms of product quality and customer service. It felt like there was little care put into either the food or the customer experience.
