We have been going to that location ever since they opend. It all started back in 2016 and it's only gotten worse. The chicken isn't even worth ordering anymore. It is a shadow of its former self. Whoever the manager is she should be fired on the spot. The previous manager was outstanding and the restaurant was worthy of its name. I am in the process of contacting the district manager if that does not change what is going on in this restaurant I will contact the corporate office....read full review
Terrible experience. Manager was more worried about doing a survey in the lobby with another customer. Chicken tenders were like rawhide. Little pieces of rawhide. Needed bbq sauce but no one at counter. Husband waited a while. I finally got up and tried to get someone’s attention in the back. No one responded.
