My children had received free kids ice coupons stamped with the Prince Frederick location information. We ordered 2 kids size ices.However when we got to the register to redeemed their coupons they told us they no longer serve kids size ice, this was not mentioned when we ordered. They told us they could not accept our coupons and threw them away.
Waited in line for over 30 minutes tonight as we were told we were the last ones to order and if anyone got behind us we were to tell them they were closed. As we get to the counter to order the one girl had already started putting everything away. We order a mango ice, two blendini’s and the last thing we needed was a gelati. The girl goes “ oh we just turned the custard machine off.” Seriously. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. We got in line at 8:40!!!! Ridiculous.
