The people who work here are always very nice and friendly. The Asian guy with the long hair and another women who helped me the other day were amazing! The only meh thing about Starbucks are the prices! I get spending 10 dollars on egg bites (5 each for two) if they were really good, but they were 4/10 I definitely won’t be ordering food from here again haha! That being said I did enjoy my experiences here:)
The service at the window is great. The are professional and polite.I go there almost every time I am in Prince Frederick.I wish all the Starbucks employees were as kinda as this store is.Thank you StarbucksWheelchair accessibility: An employee held the door thr for a customer who was in a wheelchair. She was kind to the customer.

I was so excited for this location to open, but they consistently underwhelm over the course of this first year or so of being open. Service is mediocre at best. The food is often cold or lukewarm instead of being warmed as ordered. They frequently are out of items. The mobile ordering works different at this location than others in the area and often has a 20-25 minute wait.
