As someone that has a gluten allergy eating out is very difficult. The first time I explained what I needed Kayla was on it. This girl went above and beyond to make sure I understood that it was safe for me to eat. The GM even took time to make sure I had the best experience. Walter and Kayla are the reason I keep coming. Walter the GM is a great guy after I finish he made sure I understood how to make ordering easier than n the future. I couldn’t tell you how much it meant that they took the time to make sure I felt understood and accommodated. This is by far my favorite place to eat now.

Hardee’s is the best place I’ve ever been to it even had the $7.00 deal where I can get two double cheeseburgers and a combo with it and it’s the best. Can’t wait to eat here again.

My Gf has a gluten allergy so eating out is quite difficult. The cashier Kayla understood my struggle and had a friend that also has a gluten allergy so she offered a lettuce wrap and said that fryer 1 hadn’t been used that fresh fries could be dropped so they weren’t cross contamination. I almost cried. She was nice and caring and I didn’t worry about my food having something wrong with it or being made fun of because I asked for something special. After eating I had to let the manager on duty know about my experience. She told me I should talk to the GM who was in the dining room. I had to tell him how much it ment that I was able to have lunch with out worrying. Before I found out that I had a gluten allergy I loved Hardee’s now that I know there’s still options for me I’ll definitely be visiting more often. The GM was nice and told me if I ever had any issues to give him a call and it would be handled. This probably doesn’t seem like a big deal to most but to the others that struggle with gluten you’ll understand how big this was. This Hardee’s is right in between work and home so it’s nice knowing I have options 😊

We stopped in while traveling. I brought my own food bc of dietary restrictions but my husband ordered ham and Swiss (his favorite).
The general manager brought the food to the table. I asked about under tea and he got it for me and gave back the change. Very clean. Very friendly and good food for fast food.
