First of all, everytime I come in this establishment THE SUPERVISOR there with the red hair, always and I mean always have a nasty attitude. I could be smiling and hes “cursing me out” always saying slick remarks. He needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY. Makes the environment hostile.

Avoid requesting a 10-second microwave for your sandwich; expect resistance, including debate from the General Manager and attitude from a tall shift leader. Regrettably, they refused my initial ask outright. McDonald's once epitomized superior customer service.
They did over microwave it but by the time they did I was not in the mood to eat anymore.

The manager and the associate that waited on us at the drive thru were rude. If you don’t want to work stay home. Why get frustrated when someone is asking a question? Especially when the code wasn’t working and it wasn’t my fault. Then the associate says “girl bye”. Like excuse me?!?!? I need someone to call me or email me ASAP. this type of behavior will never be tolerated or accepted. Please reach out to me. Thank you!

McDonalds is the best fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Plus, I’m able to use my barcode to get myself some points for when I get some free food. But again the food was great, especially the French fries. I was wondering will you guys ever plan in the near future to add any cakes or brownies on the dessert menu?
