Let me first say that this review is not for morning shift. There's one lady in there in the morning who keeps everyone on point. Night shift....different story. Several crappy experiences before I decided to leave this review. We order curbside and wait. The one other car that was waiting ended up going in to get his food....twice. After 15 mins I decide to go in and get our food. He hands me the bag and says "Sorry, we had to wait for the fries." If you had to wait for the fries, why were they almost room temp when you gave me the bag? That's what made me decide to leave this review. They weren't even sorta busy. So 2 stars. Side note, when I order only ketchup on my burger, that doesn't mean you need to put enough ketchup on it to make up for not getting everything else. The burger should not be swimming in ketchup. Gross.

Been a whole month since they had caramel frappes and ice cream machine is always broken. Salisbury mcdonalds on tilghman rd has caramel frappes wonder why this mcdonald's hasn't had them for a month. This place is trash. I go across the street now to hardees cause there ice cream machine is never broke.

Yesterday, 6/21/2024, at 4:00 PM, I took my 92-year-old mother through the drive-through at this McDonalds.
We were totally ignored, and watched as several cars in the other line were helped instead of us. I witnessed the car in front of us being served, so I know the equipment in our line was working.
It felt purposeful, and after around ten minutes of being ignored we finally left and went to the Hardees across the street.
I won't be back.

4 days in a row. Day 1, 10:28 AM, I had to sit in the line for two minutes before I was allowed to order a cheeseburger. Day 2, 34 minutes for a medium iced coffee. Day 3, no coffee. Day 4, she tried to order a latte but was told they couldnt do latte's. She specifically asked if they could do iced coffee and was told yes. Waited 20 minutes for a large iced coffee ($2.75) and was handed a iced coffee mix with no ice, room temperature. And I was told, "They should have told you we don't have ice."
