It's early, so I check online to double check what time they open so I don't waste a trip in town. It says 5:00 am. So I get there at 6:00 and the guy is setting up. I ask "Are you open?" His reply is "Not yet." So I say "I checked online before I came and it says you're open." No reply or even acknowledgment from the employee. So as I'm leaving, I double check the time on the door. The sign clearly says that the Subway portion of the store opens at 5:00 am Mon-Saturday. Wish I could say this was the first time they weren't open an hr after they were suppose to be, but it's not. Very poor service and attitude from the gentleman in there today.

Subs are not like the app photo. Photo shows sub full of protein and toppings when I get sub one slice of meat each and even a few toppings in other words mostly bread.
Vegetarian options: Offer More using Dr. Praegers burgers (California, black bean, sweet potato, zucchini and chickpea and cheddar). Veggie meatballs and
Dietary restrictions: Need vegan and part skim cheeses. Offer vegan deli meats. Gluten free rolls preferably with herbs and cheese and Italian seasoning. Gluten free cookies. Just a few suggestions.
On more than one occasion I’ve walked up to the subway counter and said hello only to be scowled at by the sandwich maker and ignored. Shameful customer service

They were good for a few visits until they truly messed up two sandwiches I ordered. They put the peppercorn ranch on the spicy Italian sub. Now, maybe that could taste good to some people, but I ordered the peppercorn ranch on the chicken bacon ranch, since, you know, it's the default sauce for the sandwich. Corporate probably isn't paying the workers enough for them to care enough about doing a good job.
