This coffee shop is always a great experience. They often offer donut decorating events for kids. Today my daughter woke up sick and they were more than happy to let me take one home for her to decorate still.
I'm leaving 5 stars because this small business is a charming coffee shop, but customer service is off. I am a very polite customer who says please and thank you, and I was treated like a burden just by ordering. When I asked for a cup of water, the barista was short with me and didn't even look at me. They weren't even that busy. I truly do love this place, but please train better on welcoming customer service!
Had a spiced Chai with cookie butter cold cream. Perfectly wonderful on a cold snowy day. Friendly staff and atmosphere. As the name suggests. It’s a little lovely coffee house.
