I normally go to the Woodlawn location but was in the area. I’ll continue to go to Woodlawn location this on was awful. I ordered a burger with fries and it was edible. The burger was super dry. The fries I put ketchup on and the Ketchup was sweet, odd and ruined the fries. I tried to put hot sauce on the fries and it had some sort of pepper flakes in it, again odd. And they charge extra for the fountain drinks.
The Woodlawn location burgers are always cooked well. The hot sauce and ketchup for the fries are normal. And they don’t charge extra for a fountain drink. Also the location is newer and cleaner.
I’ll never go back to this location.

The food was okay, but the service was horrible. I'm not sure of the young lady's name but she's a young lady of Indian descent and her attitude is terrible. I experienced her at the front as a cashier twice and was displeased. She gets smart with customers, yelling on the phone at customers, and I even saw her pick up the phone and slam it as the customer was calling. Then, a customer in the store asked her for a cup and she did not even acknowledge the customer and walked to the back and did not return.

6.99 for a half of cheesesteak and they dont have any meat on it...nothing but bread...don't waste your time or money…update 2024 still no meat on the subs all bread…fell for the okey-doke again…don’t know why I thought it would be different…and they charging 10.99 …for all bread …

Wings were okay. That's it. The fries weren't as advertised (Frozen generic wrinkle fries rather than the quality ones pictured), and the customer service was a nightmare. They refused to give the food to the delivery driver until I called to confirm five times that we didn't want a drink with the combo.
