Horrible experience, The first time I called they kept hanging up the phone until the 5th time they answered, my food tasted like fish , bad customer service, the “Manager” argued with a customer for wanted two different sauces mixed together on her chicken. How are you going to get mad at someone else for wanting their chicken made a curtain way and then proceeded to talk about the customer when she left. I will never go back !

I normally go to the Woodlawn location but was in the area. I’ll continue to go to Woodlawn location this on was awful. I ordered a burger with fries and it was edible. The burger was super dry. The fries I put ketchup on and the Ketchup was sweet, odd and ruined the fries. I tried to put hot sauce on the fries and it had some sort of pepper flakes in it, again odd. And they charge extra for the fountain drinks.
The Woodlawn location burgers are always cooked well. The hot sauce and ketchup for the fries are normal. And they don’t charge extra for a fountain drink. Also the location is newer and cleaner.
The food was okay, but the service was horrible. I'm not sure of the young lady's name but she's a young lady of Indian descent and her attitude is terrible. I experienced her at the front as a cashier twice and was displeased. She gets smart with customers, yelling on the phone at customers, and I even saw her pick up the phone and slam it as the customer was calling. Then, a customer in the store asked her for a cup and she did not even acknowledge the customer and walked to the back and did not return.
