My food was ready almost immediately and it was right during a busy lunch break. The gentleman that served me was extremely friendly and a pleasure. The food was delicious I will definitely be returning to this checkers for lunch again in the near future!!!!

My kids love is place. I just moved from new york and I was wondering if there would have one in Owings Mills. The timing couldn't be better. Wish they had an all day pass for weekends at well like NY did. I wish they had coffee for this cold weather too

Pulled up and was greeted by AI taking my order, which is apparently no better than an actual person. AI messed up my order. Lady remade it and it was still wrong. I have no plans to revisit this checkers, despite its convinience
This is By far the worst Checkers and Fast Food restaurant that I’ve ever been to. I’ve had a few really bad experiences at this store . The young adults are VERY rude and ignorant , one of the young adults even made a threat . It’s a poorly managed store . They don’t teach their young employees Proper Customer Service. I placed an order and had to wait over 20 mins for my Food and the only reason I got it was because I got out my vehicle to question how much longer my order was gonna be . The staff was Extremely rude . They were on there phones and standing around talking . It’s sad that paying customers have to have these kinds of experiences. Customers pay there hard earned money and deserve better treatment and service than that . I asked for names and the manager told me she wasn’t giving me her name or the other employees names .What ever happened to wearing name badges ??I wish the CEO would get more involved with this store , this store is in my community and My family and I should be able to come here and receive good service . I will be taking it a step further tomorrow because this TRULY unacceptable

Great service. I love the ice cream.Jazz is an asset to this location. She uplifts me when I come through the drive thru. She is always smiling( a beautiful smile at that). I have had Covid lately and ws just craving the ice cream. I was just not feeling well emotionally and physically. Well....Jazz uplifted the emotional aspect of me today. Her attitude shows that she is caring and empathetic. I simply believe that when someone is doing a great job, we should tell them! Keep up the good work, JAZZ!!😄
