I haven't been to this place so I did some short shopping next door which was Aldi's I saw this place many times when I came by I wanted to give it a shot so I went with their lobster option My opinion not bad and they definitely asked me if I wanted it spicy or not spicy I went with non-spicy just so to give it a shot I have no complaint saying this place is not bad and the decorations are okay just simply fine when you are with a group not by yourself

Crafty is my go-to spot for line dancing on Wednesday's. The crowd is awesome and supportive if you're just getting started, or if you're dining in and you see the folks on the floor cuttin' up and want to join. It's a great atmosphere and it's always so good cardio. The staff is amazing and efficient and so welcoming.
Wednesday's lots of fun and the age group mostly 50 š atmosphere was grateful I ordered the catfish really good and lemon wings They were okay and gumbo needed more shrimp and rice service wad very fast everyone worked and spoke HI how are you well I was told have price but when check came I was charged regular price and I did want to ask about that. Well it I told half price then That's what I expected to see half. I haven't spoken about it as of yet. Well 10 fried will a dollar a wing $ 10.00 but It should have been $5.00 that's half price. clean also bathroom were clean. the line danceing and all music was mix for the age groups of people for entertainment.

The wait staff are amazing. Karaoke was booming in the back.
I ordered 1 lb of snow crab seafood boil. The menu said 2 clusters is a lb. My bag came with 4. 2 potatoes, 1 corn and about 3 tablespoons of sauce. I fought with 1 cluster for 5 minutes before I called the waitress over. I don't know who is in that kitchen but they knew better than to serve dry, old crabs that the meat would not come out of the shell. The manger stopped by and looked at the crabs and took them back. When they brought out the new crabs, they looked totally different and they were 2 clusters like the menu said. Yall knew better than that! I won't return due to this because ain't no way yall in this business playing in people's face. When you spend that much money on a meal, you want it right the first time not someone playing to see if you know better. I'll go to the Arundel Mills Mall location where they don't play about their customers.
I went to crafty crab restaurant on liberty rd last night I ordered a half a pound of shrimp, half a pound of snow, crab legs, corn, potatoes, extra corn no sausages everything was good except the Snow crab was mushy.

The food came out fast and the service is great. The sauce originally was a little too thick for me but they got it fixed right away. Everything went pretty smooth for me here comparing to the other seafood boils restaurants that I go to.

Let me be VERY clear ā I have never been so disgusted in my life. My partner and I dined at Crafty Crab Randallstown on August 22, 2025 at 12:43 PM, a place weāve visited multiple times before. We both ordered seafood boils, and due to the dim lighting, my partner didnāt dig around too much while eating.
Fast forward to that night, in the BRIGHT lighting of our home ā he went to eat his sealed leftovers and discovered a DEAD ROACH floating in the sauce. YES. A dead roach INSIDE the boil bag. The same bag SEALED by the restaurant.
We were so disturbed, we immediately tried calling the restaurant multiple times ā no answer. We were so upset we drove an hour back to the restaurant just to return the food and speak with someone directly. And what did we get?
āThereās nothing we can do. The food left the restaurant.ā
Excuse me?! The food left YOUR KITCHEN with a roach in it! And the back-of-house manager REFUSED to come out and face us, sending out the front-of-house manager (Shanea?) who said the back of the house manger was āoff for the nightā and couldnāt help us either. No apology. No refund. No accountability. If you think Iām driving from my house in Hanover PA, to Baltimore county .. Just to scam a measly 100 something dollarsā¦ Your crazy! And if someone wouldāve ordered TOGO? And found that? How would the situation been handled then?????
I guess because we each the roaches of the sea , they expect us to eat the roaches of the landā¦. But thatās okay! Health department and better business bureau and corporate will be called next ! The service was always trash! But the food was goodā¦ until now :(
Iām pregnant, and the thought that I could have bitten into that roach makes me SICK. We have photos, videos, everything documented ā and we have officially filed a complaint with the health department.
To anyone reading this: š« CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU EAT HERE. š« THE KITCHEN CONDITIONS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. š« THIS COULD HAVE MADE SOMEONE SERIOUSLY ILL.
