I ordered stuff crust pizza with 3 toppings...pepperoni..sausage.. extra cheese.. I can count the sausage and pepperoni (5 each)...that's ridiculous 😡and it looked like it was just regular amount of cheese 🧀...smh

I ordered from this store last week through the app. I live 10 minutes away. Tonight I tried to order through the app and it didn’t work and instructed me to call the store. I called and was told they don’t deliver to my area. I told them they just did last week and they just told me again they wouldn’t do it even though I’m only 10 minutes away.

Just made a order for $117.88. Went to pick it up on Brentwood and was given 3 sauces. I said can I get some more sauce I am feeding several children, she went to the register to charge me for the sauces. That is crazy, you could have at least given me a sauce for each box. Will try Pizza hut next time. Ain't know way someone spend over $100 in my establishment and I am going to charge for sauces.

The pizza is great! Just make sure you order it with extra sauce because if not, it most likely won’t be on the pizza lol

The order i placed never arrived. It was marked delivered at 9:04. I called about 10 mins later and she assured me the driver was in the area. Another 10 minutes went by and i called again. The guy told me the same thing. At that point it had been an hour since i placed my order and he told me my order isnt the only order. Another 20 mins went by and i called back and was able to get a refund and was told my food must have been mixed up. Poor communication and wont be ordering from here again.
The New York style pizza is the only pizza we order out. It is so good! Domino's hit the jackpot with this one.

DISRESPECTFUL. I asked a few questions regarding my order because they RAN OUT of a product and was charging me more for replacing the product with another item? I was referred to the manager who HUNG UP IN my face THEN proceeded to CANCEL MY ORDER.

Best Domino’s Pizza in the West Baltimore area! The other locations don’t care about their customers and make sloppy pizzas, except for this one. Highly recommended!

This store needs to be cleaned. I think that the atmosphere says a lot about what you should expect from your food, and it did. To start the windows were dirty and the specials wall looked like they just erased the board and wrote on it again without taking the time to clean it. With that being said my food oder was not correct or what we expected. I ordered a large New York style cheese pizza with extra sauce, but my pizza did not have extra sauce. Also, do not expect your pizza to appear as it does on television. You will be disappointed. The slices are small, dry, and not foldable. We also ordered the garlic twist with marinara and cheese. The twist were fine, but the pan with the marinara and cheese dip was empty. It was only enough dip for 4 twist and that was stretching it. The marinara sauce was nonexistent. To sum it up, our dinner tonight was not a hit. Good thing we made a salad at home to go with it or else it would've been disappointing. I will not be returning anytime soon.
