VERY Slow service. If you are in a rush , I would come another day whenever you aren’t rushing. Also this location doesn’t have an indoor portion for sitting. It’s attached to a convenience store. But the food isn’t too bad. Normally hot and fresh. Donuts are fresh in the morning.
This rating is for the actual store that dunkin is inside. They don't greet you and the music was so loud i thought I entered a night club
This location needs better oversight from upper management. I ordered a coffee and was surprised to receive one that was extremely bitter, with no sugar or sweeteners. If I wanted plain, unsweetened coffee, I could have made it at home. On top of that, the French cruller donuts were soggy, cold, and falling apart. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast, but instead, I ended up paying for a disappointing experience. This was very frustrating and not what I expected.
Gave me a burnt bagel when I asked for it to be cooked lightly.
I see why this place gets such low remarks. I was not greeted with even a simple hello. So I said hello. I handed her cash and she kept on her gloves. She went on to make my drink with the same gloves aswell as other orders. That is not sanitary 🤮🤮 in food service. My receipt say Neil

The service was extremely poor, have been here a few time and the experience is the same every time. The staff is incredibly rude, as we came through drive through the cashier was arguing in a different language over the phone while giving us attitude and poor customer service.
They cut us off every time we order and rush us through the drive with no decency, and they dont mix in the drinks properly and leave all the sweetener at the bottom.
I highly recommend that they get new servers and employees at that location, because the disrespect is not worth peoples time and money.
I visited this location once, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The drive-thru attendant was exceptionally rude, interrupting me mid-order and abruptly slamming my coffee down at the pickup window without even acknowledging my presence.
The lack of basic customer courtesy was staggering. If possible, I would give this location a negative rating. I strongly advise others to prioritize establishments that value decent customer service.
Avoid this location if you expect respect and courtesy.
Staff very rude annd unprofessional, I ordered a mocha latte and I was given an iced one instead of a hot one. I offered to pay the difference the man in the window screamed at me telling me I had to take what he made. SMH thankfully another staff member came and helped out. Will never go back again

Staff is incredibly rude! His voice was lance with annoyance. He shouldn't interact with customers directly. His service was truly disgusting .To the point I felt un welcome.

Rude employees who get order wrong and talk about you in their language thinking we wouldn’t understand. If order has to be correct the “gentle” man changes his tone to be worse. All would be ok if like I said I didn’t get cold food and my gave me light ice like I asked but instead they gave me 2/3 cup full of ice

The quality at this location is so poor, the coffee always tastes burnt and old. They never get my coffee right and then catch attitude when I ask them to remake the coffee that I paid for.
