They haven’t been able to make frozen/blended drinks for months now. I have no idea why it’s taken this long to get whatever they need fixed completed. Unfortunately I’ll be going to other locations until they figure out how to offer frozen drinks again.
I love the easily accessible location, the quick drive through pace, and the friendly staff. Mobile orders are completed incredibly fast. I’d give it 5 stars if I could order my regular drink there!

I got a small matcha latte. I used to buy these from Dunkin quite often a few years ago. I hadn't had them in a while but expected the same thing as before. The instant i tried to take a sip, I was overwhelmed with nausea due to the smell. I asked the person with me to confirm; this is not how their matcha latte is supposed to smell. It smelt as if it had gone rancid and spoiled.

Evening worker is the worst customer service, he was so aggressive with me, and i forgot to order harsh brown and I ordered in the window and they told me, next time order in the back where I do the order.

I got food poisoning last night from the roasted chicken and pepper wrap. I’ve never really had an issue with this location before…but this was horrible!!! When I got over halfway through the wrap it was just lukewarm like it wasn’t heated properly…I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital it was so bad…just be careful with what you order here

This Dunkin Donuts has the worst costumer service ever. Too bad you can't give 0 stars on here. Every time I have gotten an iced coffee, it always tastes like there are coffee grounds in it. I stopped coming here and have only recently been back is because I get my kids a donut in the morning before school and its down the street from my home. This morning was it for me, I ordered 2 donuts and a small pineapple mango refesher. I get to the window and the woman at the drive thru has the card swiper ready, I asked could I scan my rewards first. She seemed to have an attitude. She gave me a medium refresher, the drink was for my daughter so I stated I needed a small drink which I had originally ordered. Her attitude increased and she told me to just drink it. I said no I want a small drink and the differnecr of what you charged me. She rudely grabbed the drink and stated she wouldn't be giving me money back next time. So not only do you mess up my order but you're not going to give me my money back when you do. I don't think so. I won't be coming back here again, the convenience is not worth the attitude, poor customer service, and hit/miss food quality.

Out of bagels and muffins so I settled for a couple of crullers. Both were stale. Coffee was good as always
Incredibly rude interaction today after asking for a bit more oat milk in my coffee. Was told from now on I need to ask for extra oat milk because she can’t waste time when there’s a line at the drive thru (there’s was one car behind me, it was 6:30am). I think everyone can agree that it isn’t okay to pay $4 for a coffee knowing you’re going to throw it away because there’s barely any milk in it. Was a regular here, and will not be returning after this. The reviews show that I’m not the only one who’s experienced this either.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I can barely even put into words how disappointed I am with the service, but I will try. The lady at the drive thru was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. We were asking how much they took off for the senior discount the man at the intercom said he would give us. And the lady yelled at us that she does not have time for us and we should give her the money. After a bit of back and forth with her being very impatient during about a 15 second interaction we gave up and paid her even though they took off less than the price of tax when we were supposed to get a free coffee. She then proceed to scream next to make a show while we were still grabbing our food from her. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Very hurtful to be treated this way when you are meeting the workers with nothing but kindness.

Penny pinchers who likes to rob kids. Lady got mad bc my 6 year old son wanted his exact change back. She only gave him bills and not the change. She thought she could keep his change and he wouldn’t notice.Zero integrity.
