I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this location consistently provides poor customer service, and at this point it needs to be said.

The staff regularly rushes customers through the line in an unprofessional and impatient manner. Asking for basic items like napkins feels like an inconvenience, and on more than one occasion I’ve had difficulty getting proper change. The overall attitude comes across as dismissive and unfriendly rather than customer-focused.

Most of the time, the problems come from the woman working the drive-through window who shows a lack of courtesy. Customers should not feel like they are bothering the staff just by ordering.

To be clear, I do not come to this Dunkin’ because I enjoy the experience. I come here strictly due to proximity. If there were a closer alternative, I would avoid this location altogether.

I hope management takes a closer look at staffing and customer service expectations, because this location falls well below what should be considered acceptable

As much as I come to this Dunkin and it’s usually a woman who gets my order right, not only did the man behind the register get my order wrong, he also got very rude with me when I went back up to the register to request a correction for my order. I asked him very clearly for 2 loaded hashbrowns, extra crispy, and 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. The sandwiches were correct but they gave me regular hashbrowns. When I went back up to the register and said, verbatim, “excuse me i asked for the loaded hashbrowns”. The man rudely said “now you ask for loaded” in which I corrected him and said no I asked for loaded and he responded that I did not and that I’m only saying that now, which isn’t true. I had no attitude until he responded twice in that manner in which I angrily said “ok!” and walked out. Yes that will be my last time going to this location. Don’t be rude to customers when you get their orders wrong.

Have had issues with the drive thru several times. Customer service lacking. Will be dishonest about their available items for whatever reason. Not customer friendly at all. Too bad it's the closest DD otherwise I would drive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this one.

I don't generally leave reviews, but this store and the employees here definitely deserve it. I have frequented this location for more than 2 years, and the employees here are second to none! It's always a welcoming feeling when people recognize you and remember you. They see hundreds of people every day, but when they spot you and offer a smile and a pleasant tone and then remember something small about you (or even remember your order) it says a lot about the community you and them have built TOGETHER. From the moment I pull up, between Molly or Jay, they ALWAYS know my car and my order before I even speak! Bela runs the drive thru window with ease and always has a kind word and warm smile. Balvider (I really hope that I'm spelling her name right) moves with efficiency and is always ready with a wave and smile. Mr. Patel (the BossMan), with his signature leather fedora, is also always so welcoming. In a world where the ART of genuine customer service is increasingly being lost, the folks at this Dunkin really seem to enjoy what they do. It's like getting a warm hug from family whenever I walk in or drive up. And even in the rare instance that my order is incorrect, they never cease to correct it with a smile. I'm so thankful for the fellowship that happens whenever I go there because I know that I will leave with more warmth in my cup as well as my heart ❤️

Worst dunkin i ever seen. Employee rude. Always drivethru only open, if u ask hot coffe they will provide you almost cold.

They haven’t been able to make frozen/blended drinks for months now. I have no idea why it’s taken this long to get whatever they need fixed completed. Unfortunately I’ll be going to other locations until they figure out how to offer frozen drinks again.

I love the easily accessible location, the quick drive through pace, and the friendly staff. Mobile orders are completed incredibly fast. I’d give it 5 stars if I could order my regular drink there!

I got a small matcha latte. I used to buy these from Dunkin quite often a few years ago. I hadn't had them in a while but expected the same thing as before.
The instant i tried to take a sip, I was overwhelmed with nausea due to the smell. I asked the person with me to confirm; this is not how their matcha latte is supposed to smell. It smelt as if it had gone rancid and spoiled.
