Very very poor Customer service from a particular lady unfortunately I don’t know her name, very sassy lady as the attendant, always very angry, mean and extremely disrespectful, when you complain of something instead of talking to you calmly, she will be yelling, I just don’t always get

I am from Texas and I eat Dunkin all the time. Food less than quality for a Dunkin. My Sandwich was cold, bread was stale and old, hash browns burnt and extra greasy, donut was stale and nasty.

Their donuts have had a change in recipes for some. Like the plain glazed donuts are “heavy” not light and fluffy like years ago.

The woman at the drive thru window was very rude. When my sister ordered her food, she mentioned she had rewards to get a free hash brown since she ordered a breakfast sandwich. At the pickup window I noticed the hash brown weren't in the bag. We told the woman they were missing & she told us we had to mention it at the previous window. We told her we did multiple times. She then proceeds to smirk at as says "no you didn't" & did not give the hash brown. Very gaslighting and disrespectful. What type of customer service is that... don't go here. Obviously they see themselves incapable of making mistakes.

The morning staff here simply do not follow the order put in by the customer. And they get combative or disrespectful when you try to address it. For instance, I’ve repeatedly received my ice coffee with more than “standard level” ice even when I marked “less ice”.Also, just find out Dunkin’ Donuts are charging over 10 cents for flavored sweeteners like “mocha, caramel.”

My family patronize this location nearly every day. They close before eight almost every day and they take your points but still charge you regular price. Yesterday I went in there I had 1290 points they took 700 to pay for a cold brew but still charged me for a cold brew. They only took $1.49 off. I clearly know how to use the app and the rewards, along with the offers tab. I will never go back to this location. They never make any attempts to rectify the situation and just laugh when you address it….I much rather prefer the Owings Mills location, and will drive there even though this location is a minute from my house.
