No one would wait on me until I asked. My coffee cup had lipstick on it! Waitress said you want a new one? Bacon was fatty and tough. Pancakes were cold. What a disappointment. Never going again. I left no tip and in retrospect, I should have walked out.

What can you say it's IHOP. However I was surprised at how quick the service was. The staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I was actually surprised by the amount of people that were there during lunch time on a Thursday. I thought it would be a very long ordeal and it wasn't. I would return for sure.

I’ve been to many iHops throughout the years. This one by far is the best on so many levels. The waiter was very friendly and nice to my young active kids, the food was delicious! No dry meat, no over cooked chicken, no eggy taste waffle, the whole experience was great. I’m not going to any other branch than this one.
The server kept disappearing for long periods of time and it wasn’t that busy. The cook came out and confronted us when we told them one of my parties didn’t like their food. He was also holding my debit card when he came out which was weird because I gave my card to the server to pay, why is the cook not in the kitchen and holding my debit card

This is my first time buying food from ihop it was the worst the fried chicken must have been fried so many times the meat inside was dark and the fries was very hard it was the worst ever first and last for me…. Had to throw it away..

The food has been pretty consistent here. The only food related issue I've had is our side of fruit was mushy and not good. The cleanliness seems to depend on the day. However, the waitresses we have had, have been pretty great, which is why I gave 3 stars. PSA to parents!! Idk about the men's restroom, but the changing table in the women's restroom is unsafe and essentially unusable, which is my main complaint here. It's leaning away from the wall so if you'd put your baby on it, they are very slanted, as in sliding towards you. I held it up with my knee just to get by and about making a mess. If we go back, I'd rather just change her outside in the car or grass.
