The restaurant was half empty when we arrived and there were two parties of 2 people ahead of us. We waited for a little over half an hour before we were seated (watched more tables leave out in the meantime). We then waited another 15 minutes before our waitress came to take our order. Mind you, I watched our waitress take the order of a table that was sat after us during that time. Once we finally got our food and ate I had to stand at the kitchen entrance and wave someone down to get our waitress so we could get a box and the check. I’d understand this service if the restaurant was packed and busy but when I say it was MAYBE 1/3 of the way full, even thats pushing it.

I will first say ,I try calling to place an order on 12/28/25 at 4:45 am at the Libery Road Ihop, but no one answered the phone. I decide to walk in to place my order to go. A Ihop male employee was sitting at the third table from the front door with two young ladies and a bottle of Hennessy Liquor. I was so thrown off and ask why are you drinking Liquor at Ihop. He stated 'this is the after hour spot, and started laughing. I left Ihop and vow to never to return. Someone may contact me or I will contact you.

I’ve been going to this IHOP for over 37 years and it’s still awesome! pretty much a family oriented place. Keisha my Mothers new found love is remarkable in everything including the lady that clears away the plates. Big ups to LaShawn (Shawna) who’s been there for many years still remarkable! KUDOS to the entire crew including all waiters , Waitresses and Chefs. Thank you for still giving us all unconditional loving service

I was there today for lunch, food was great, however the server I had was extremely rude with the couple seating at front of me, so I knew what was coming my way, she was short when taking the order and after she brought it she was no where to be seen to the point I had to tell one of the cooks that came into the dinning room that I needed the bill so I could pay. She came out with the credit card machine, ran my card and asked me to sign, after I did that I realized that at no point I was given the chance to leave a tip, I looked at the receipt and the notification from my bank and sure enough she had paid herself over 20% tip. Under other circumstances that is exactly what I would of tipped anyway but is the fact that she is doing that to probably everyone she serves that I find very offensive and not at all professional. I tried to find someone so I could ask for a manager but neither the waitress or anyone was around and I had to go back to work. Just be very aware of your bills at this place, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.

I live around the corner so I have now been to this IHOP several times. I love the seven dollar breakfast options even though it’s only three or four options. Every time I have eaten here, the food has been delicious. The four stars came because the service can vary depending on the level of business. Recently within the last two months, I’ve been four times. Two of those times it was relatively busy and it seemed like the employees were doing multiple jobs so it took a little longer than preferred to get seated. The service once seated was good and each and every time them pancakes are banging. I definitely recommend for breakfast.
