I live around the corner so I have now been to this IHOP several times. I love the seven dollar breakfast options even though it’s only three or four options. Every time I have eaten here, the food has been delicious. The four stars came because the service can vary depending on the level of business. Recently within the last two months, I’ve been four times. Two of those times it was relatively busy and it seemed like the employees were doing multiple jobs so it took a little longer than preferred to get seated. The service once seated was good and each and every time them pancakes are banging. I definitely recommend for breakfast.

Workers are always loudly inappropriate, especially in the kitchen area. Staff often argue with each other and the store manager should be more conscious of the unacceptable behaviors. On a better note, the food and combos are excellent 👌.

My experience was awful. I was seated and waited for ten minutes and no one took my order and did not offer me anything to drink. It was less than a hand full of people inside. So I’m trying to understand why I wasn’t waited on. Their customer service is trash. Its not worth a star.
Saturday one of my favorite days of the week to eat at this location, during the last 2 years dining I to know and familiar getting serviced by a woman named Sarah. On my recent visit was ok at best when I asked about Sarah I was told she no longer work on Saturdays making my experience not as welcoming as usual. I hope Sarah get to work on Saturdays again soon.

My experience at the Randallstown IHOP was excellent. I was greeted by the staff with smiles and was immediately seated. My server reviewed the menu with my and assisted me with the best choices for my selection. While there , I observed a spill near my seating area. A server observed me looking at the spill and immediately cleaned up the area. I really appreciate the service at this location.

It's crowded most mornings, which is fine because they move pretty quickly to take care of you, whether you're dining in or carrying out. However, my scrambled eggs were runny and French Toast was stale.

IHOP never lets me down. Good atmosphere, friendly people, friendly service, never waiting long for my food, clean, a plethora of entrees with a 55+ menu, and kids menu. This is a kid friendly place. I hope you're IHOP experience. It's as good as mines!
