The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived about 2:00pm, about 10 people, but it took about 5 minutes to be seated; and I had to look for someone to seat us. As the crowd left, the staff begins to talk loud to each other and start cursing. I felt very uncomfortable and thought this behavior was very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the staff.

I was there this morning for a carryout. The food was extremely greasy. My bacon on the sandwich was basically swimming in the watery cheese on the egg. The beef tips and onions were very greasy. It wasn't good. I understand the conditions they were working in was unfavorable. There was NO working heat.

My husband went and got us take out . I got a breakfast sampler and he got French toast(not a meal just single French toast) and the total was $32 (outrageous especially for the quality) Both of us DID NOT like our food , eventually just throwing away. My order was incorrect in multiple ways . My home fries was more like a lump of twigs , crunchy to the point you can barely chew it, disgusting . I asked for added shredded cheese on my home fries , they just threw a slice of cheese on top of them barely melted . Gave me the incorrect breakfast meats I asked for . Husbands toast was hard and tasteless . I should also mention we get this same order from other locations and we enjoy the meals. This location specifically sucks . We will not be returning ? I should also mention this is the second time this has happened at this location but I was giving the benefit of the doubt . Nahhh.

Only two stars because it's local otherwise no stars. More than an hour wait for an online order. Hostess is trying to seat people and take care of carryout orders. Manager trying to supervise and take care of orders. Place seems seriously understaffed. However, several ladies appeared to be idling and walking around aimlessly but that from an external perspective. Nonetheless food is too expensive these days to wait forever, losing precious time on a Saturday. Other ihops have systems in place and don't have the same confusion. Recommend leadership audit and fix the issues many in the community will not visit. Fix it before it folds.

Stopped in about 3 pm on a Tuesday or Wednesday, no problem getting a seat. I enjoyed a crispy bread rolled steak sandwich which was good. I could have used a little more meat though. I liked it!

Amazing service!! We had a young lady named Kelly for a server and she was superb. It's so awesome when you don't have to repeat yourself and the food comes out timely, hot and delicious!! Definitely recommend. The Colorado Omelette put my husband back to sleep.

Called in a Togo order at 12:08pm. Was told order would be ready at 12:20pm . It is currently 12:56pm and still no food, no order updates from management, no apologies. Please don’t place a togo order from this location unless you have time on your hands to waste. This is ridiculous and not how business should be conducted.Update: at 1:05pm the order was finally ready and to my surprise, it was incorrect. You’d think taking that long everything would be correct with the order. Ordered regular bacon , was given Turkey bacon, New York Cheesecake pancakes missing strawberry topping, asked for extra gravy and they didn’t miss charging me for it but it was not put in the bag.

I had not visited in 6 or more months, but knew something was different. ( We have been eatng there since the 80s. Fun family breakfast outing on Saturday.) New menus, a lot of the regular employees were gone. They never had a large turn over before. Food was awful and so was the new owner. Discontinued the 10% senior citizen discount. My last visit there. I have one closer to my home. Your loss not mine,
