Worst KFC ever! Waited 40 mins for an online order. Ordered the apple pie bites for them to tell me they didn’t have anymore and can’t refund me. All I could get was an extra side. We got all these chicken options literally next door? And they wanna act like this. I’ll be choosing hip hop, chicken trout, banging chicken, americas best, anything but here!

Boyfriend and I went on August 30 and there was 1 car at the drive thru ordering. Boyfriend ordered a spicy sandwich meal with large fries and a large drink. I got a spicy sandwich meal medium with diet Pepsi. We got told to pull into the first space cause the cashier, shift supervisor had to go help someone in the back after paying. He told us that the diet bump on the diet Pepsi was pushed down. We thanked him cause places normally don't care to actually push it down. A car was in front of us waiting for their food to be delivered to them. We waited around 10mins for our food to be delivered to the car. We checked the bag and we had 2 medium fries.
So boyfriend went back inside to ask for his large fry and he got to keep the 2 medium fries. The shift supervisor gave him fresh fries for his large. Boyfriend did have to wait maybe 5mins to get his fries. The sandwiches had a bunch of mayo and spicy sauce. But it was easy to get off with a napkin and some patience. The sandwiches were hot but tasty and the sandwich buns were fluffy yet soft. The shift supervisor deserves a recognition cause he was doing a great job when his other employees were having set backs with the orders.

Health inspector need to visit there i had a meal there last week and had diarrhea literally a few minutes after. Then a friend of mine visit yes complained of the same issue

Worst experience ever. I went to this restaurant on Friday evening. I specifically asked if they had white meat at the speaker. I was told yes. So l didn’t ask again at the window. I paid $37.18 for a young lady to come back to the window to say they only have dark meat. I said “no thank you l would prefer a refund.” Which then she replied, “l can’t give you a refund.” I was puzzled when I was told they didn’t have what l asked for. I asked for a manager and a woman named Sabrina came to the window. When responding to me her delivery was not the best. I asked for her manager she obliged after maybe 30 minutes later which caused three cars to pull up behind me. I then spoke to Martin Morris, and I am not certain how he got that position. I was informed that they no longer give refunds. I explained that if l was informed before purchasing l would have left. They wanted to force me to just take anything. I asked, “would you want to eat from location where you were not pleased with the service?” Or “feed your family that food?” I guess l made Mr. Martin so livid that he begins to verbally insult me using vulgar language. I requested the General manager’s number. He is named Lawrence and never returns calls after several messages. Then had the audacity to ask me do I want a $15 coupon to use within 90 days to get more food. I just replied, “no sir, I want my $37.18.”They need to close the store until they have training sessions or good customer service. If you actually sell chicken, you drop chicken during regular business hours. Oh, can’t tell you how the food was because I never received my food nor my cash.

Horrible service and rude cashier more worried abt a timer and quickness than checking bags before giving them out. Had to change my food three times. Then the food itself was trash do better

This was a great place to go get some good food but now customer service sucks employees are rude act like they don't want to be there what else is new the indoor says it's closed at 10 and they close the inside at 9 pm so not for me anymore and try to hire people to actually care about doing that job..

This has been the worst meal that I've ever received from a KFC. This will be my last visit at this location, it's always something. We purchased the $7 famous bowl special and 2 chicken pot pies. The bowl only had 4 nuggets and they were small, hard and taste old. The corn looked old, the kernels were yellowish and not sweet. How can you have chicken pot pies with no chicken in them. Is this what we are coming to, I'm back to making my own.

Ordered through uber. Waited more than an hour for my uber driver to say kfc doesn’t have my “items”. Called the location and asked if they could cancel it on their end so I can get my refund. They ended the call and refused to answer when I call back.
