I did a drive tru and ordered for 3 chicken for 3 meals and they put in 2 chicken on each meal, that is bad, no straws for the drinks

Rude. Disrespectful. Incompetent. Ordered online and did not get my second drink. Every time I asked for it, the lady would slam the window shut before I even finished the question and she kept making the wrong drink. Was looking forward to trying the KFC Mountain Dew. Even that took an entire song while waiting. Finally just drove off. Will not go back

I hate leaving bad reviews, because I honestly know how stressful CS jobs can become I’ve worked so many of them in the past, before landing my Corp job. However, after 3 different visits with the same experiences, I had to express my dissatisfaction! I almost always visit via the drive-thru, and every time the person is EXTREMELY sarcastically rude! You place an order, and you NEVER receive what you actually ordered. It almost seems as they give you , what they “WANT” to give you, because they always give the total opposite of what you actually ordered.. I absolutely do NOT want anyone to lose their job, but I believe there should be some additional training, or additional structured managers onsite ASAP!!

Worst KFC ever! Waited 40 mins for an online order. Ordered the apple pie bites for them to tell me they didn’t have anymore and can’t refund me. All I could get was an extra side. We got all these chicken options literally next door? And they wanna act like this. I’ll be choosing hip hop, chicken trout, banging chicken, americas best, anything but here!

Boyfriend and I went on August 30 and there was 1 car at the drive thru ordering. Boyfriend ordered a spicy sandwich meal with large fries and a large drink. I got a spicy sandwich meal medium with diet Pepsi. We got told to pull into the first space cause the cashier, shift supervisor had to go help someone in the back after paying. He told us that the diet bump on the diet Pepsi was pushed down. We thanked him cause places normally don't care to actually push it down. A car was in front of us waiting for their food to be delivered to them. We waited around 10mins for our food to be delivered to the car. We checked the bag and we had 2 medium fries.
So boyfriend went back inside to ask for his large fry and he got to keep the 2 medium fries. The shift supervisor gave him fresh fries for his large. Boyfriend did have to wait maybe 5mins to get his fries. The sandwiches had a bunch of mayo and spicy sauce. But it was easy to get off with a napkin and some patience. The sandwiches were hot but tasty and the sandwich buns were fluffy yet soft. The shift supervisor deserves a recognition cause he was doing a great job when his other employees were having set backs with the orders.
