My families 1st time. the chef and owner was great. Very friendly. Myrie's Island Kitchen was very clean. Food was amazing. Its our new caribbean spot in this area.

The best oxtail I’ve had in years! Years! Stumbled upon it while getting my hair done and now I’m hooked! I would’ve taken pictures but baby it’s gone! lol

I walked into this establishment and mind you this was my first time there. Really love carribean food so i was excited to try the food from this place, as i equally live close by. I met a black lady who had an apron on, she stared at me in the most awkward manner and asked me what I wanted with an attitude. I ignored her tone and the manner in which she addressed me. Proceeded to asked her for the menu as this was my first time there. She pointed at it and told me to hurry up. At this point I could no longer tolerate the disrespect and the bad attitude so I simply walked away and promised never to return there. I think I will just stick to my island Quizine and Tashes Ankh Carribean Restaurant.

We came to Myries last night. The food was great Jerk Chicken, Brown Stew Chicken and Goat Curry. The kids said they rated it 100/100 and the owner was very hospitable.

I cannot believe it took me so long to discover this place. But I discovered last summer and have been a huge fan ever since! The food is always hot and fresh. Ms. Christine is always pleasant and she knows exactly what I want. I absolutely love the jerk chicken/wings with rice and peas and cabbage. I have NEVER been disappointed.

The establishment is always clean!

Visited yesterday and was pleased. When I walked in Ms. Christine was on the phone helping another customer mitigate a payment dispute, but she acknowledged me and told me she'd be right with me. I appreciated her ability to multi-task and not just leave me there waiting. A few moments later, another gentleman walked in and she acknowledged him the same. My food was fresh, well cooked / seasoned and generously portioned out. I would definitely return to support this establishment.
