I ordered 2 sub specials and asked for them to be made fresh. Unfortunately, I received them cold. I brought them back immediately and the man at the register argued with me about the quality of the food before remaking it, which in turn made me feel uncomfortable to even eat the food . Additionally, they discussed the issue in front of me in their own language. NEVER , did he say my apologies for the quality of the food, just handed me my food with an attitude. To add, this establishment needs to work on their cleanliness and customer service.

Just placed the same order tonight like I did yesterday everything was the same nothing different and was told a price different form last night and when i said something to him he going to tell me the price went up today $1 more for the same order and he is the same one that tried to charge me a extra $1 before when i said something before he told me he could charge me anything and it’s a problem the older man bit younger one

My family has been a customer of this business for a long time, but no more. I arrived to see that one of the business employees' was parked in a handicapped spot without a placard or tags. I would not have normally been bothered but having my mom in the car who has proper documentation. She wanted to go into the business but now she couldn't. I spoke with the vehicle owner and the business but nothing was done and the car wasn't moved. We are very disappointed! And will never return!

I ordered two cheesesteaks through the online website, with personalized veggies on it, but when I picked up i only got plain bread with steak.I called the supervisor, and he did not seem to be understanding and did not offer any solution.

I ordered food from here and the quality and quantity did not meet the price I paid. The manager told me he would refund me for the food I did not eat...I waited 10 days for my refund to show in my bank account and I never received it. I called repeatedly and was told the manager will get back to me, well that never happened. I suggest that no one orders the boneless wings because they will give you 6 tiny chicken bites and charge you $8.00. I d not recommended this place...integrity goes along way.

They are the worst people EVERRRRR. First they take my order and when i call to find out why my food was taking long they tell me its not in their system then the say ohhh you food is right here with us!!! Smh ! Awhole hour for them and later want me to pay for delivery.The worst customer service I have ever encounted they need to do better
