The crust was delicious, both in terms of taste and the rigid crunchy texture, and I appreciated the cheese on top of the ingredients. Gives it that warm chicken-pot-pie dynamic.
As for considerations other than food and price, I think it's take-out or delivery only, but what an experience you'll have if you carry it out. It's in a sensibly-designed strip mall where the parking is right in front of the stores and there are multiple exits and entrances from the surrounding streets. Not like that incompetent nonsense you usually find around Baltimore where they stuff all the stores in a hedged-off mini-city and only have one way for cars to come in and out and parking 10 minutes away from the stores. Good work!

I rediscovered Phillips Pizza after many years when we were having a party over the holidays. Their pizzas are great and wings were delicious as well. They’re my go to pizza place again. Highly recommend.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Philip's customer service. After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I expected better treatment. When I called about a mistake with my order, the representative was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, they harshly told me to contact my delivery service directly. Their tone was unprofessional and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. I understand protocol but this is not an appropriate way to speak to members of this community. I am happy to follow protocols and procedures but the representative calling me “honey” and being condescending was uncalled for. When members of the community embrace people with open arms, we DESERVE human decency. Given this experience, I won't be returning to Philip's in the future and will discourage anyone from patronizing these grotesque people.

I have been going to this place since I was a teenager. Over the last year when me and my family have gotten food from them, there was absolutely NO seasoning on the food, not even the fries!!! Today I went there to get some food for me and my cousin cause she was sick, and I thought this would be a nice treat for her. When I brought the food back to her house, yet again no seasoning on the food! So we called them back to ask for a refund. The manager says to bring the food back and we'll talk about it. I did not like that answer and said no. I want my money back. He then says "that's not how this works over here, I need to see how many bites you took off the sandwich." I was furious by this, and felt completely disrespected! Mind you the entire conversation he kept talking over me even before things got heated. Repeatedly I had to keep asking him to stop talking over me. It ended up getting so heated-his rudeness and unwillingness to accommodate a customer who has patronized his business for years. I hung up the phone and came there instead. When I got there the manager was in the back so the cooks spoke to me. I had keep asking them to stop talking over me too. And while they were willing to refund me, all 3 of these men just handled me! Very demeaning and unfair. Not letting me really talk, just trying to do anything they could to shut me up and get me out of their face. Then they lied for their boss-the manager-saying "I was standing right there when he said he would refund you for the food." Which was not true. And when I tried to explain he just talked over me. They then explained that the reason they dont put seasoning on the food is because some people can't handle it. They only put seasoning on if its requested. I then asked the young man "if you paid for a service and it did not meet your standards. And you asked for a refund. Would you accept someone saying let's talk about it?" To which he answered no. Yet he still proceeded to handle me and talk over me. Ultimately I got so frustrated and felt so disrespected I blew up shouting at them and then left. If I were a man I feel they would not have treated me this way. But because I'm a woman I was handled. I do not recommend that anyone patronize this business. They are not professional and their refund policy is also unacceptable!
I ordered a cheeseburger sub and asked for everything lite hots and onions on the side they did not give me no lettuce mayo or tomatoes and when I called I was told that I have to request that with my order which is very weird I don’t encourage people to order from this establishment when the food is not made properly unless requested this was Phillips Pizza on liberty rd I also ordered fried calamari and they gave me marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce I ordered at 10:44 and got my food at 11:40 almost a hour that’s crazy

The food is good, but lately the amount of fries you get is ridiculous!! I work in the food service business and the cost of potatoes hasn’t gone up that much ??♂️
