I made an order online at the wrong location I tried to cancel it online but there is no option to do so. I called the store as soon as I realized, no answer. I ended up calling 8 times and they only answered twice the first time they picked up I was put on hold then was hung up on. The second time the man refused to help me and said I had to cancel the order online. I explained that I can’t do that he still continued to tell me to do it online. I asked for a corporate number he spoke to another employee for a moment then again refused to give it to me and told me to find it online.

I got a tuna sub for 2 children who had been left there by their mother while waiting for the police to arrive. Personally, I stopped eating from there once I found out that they were using part of a shoes heal to keep their bread preserved! I mean, REALLY!

I didn't order any food, but I was standing in front of a worker who seemed to ignore me while he was fixing a order for someone.I said, "Excuse me twice and each time, he never answered, even though I only wanted 2 ask do the have Mayonnaise packs.I went to the end of the line and asked another worker who came out and was proceeding to make a order an I was able to ask him, and he said No!!!!

If you open at 8! Then the place needs to be open at 8! You are still not open & trying to set up after 8 then when I try to ask the lady something she runs to the back!
