I ordered the Salmon and rice meal, snd my husband order the shrimp & rice. It is normally good but this last time they were a bit salty. There wasn't that much sauce on it either. Don't think we will order it again.
There is no question about the food quality - it’s Shareef’s. However, my low rating stems from my disappointment in the customer service at this location. I placed an online order this evening, which included an order of wings. Paid for the order online, made my way to pick it up. Get to the storefront and the cashier informed me that my wings, priced $6 online, were out and unavailable. He offered 2-3 PARTY wings instead of 2 WHOLE wings - like be for real. Shareef always have good food. The wraps are tasty. The veggies are fresh. Whenever I see the food truck at any event, I make sure that I support the business. The low rating is the customer service. It's a turn off when you have to speak to the representative of the establishment twice before the person looks up from their cellphone just to greet you.
