Please , take the maple obey fries off the menu. I ordered only two things online my meal took about 45 mins to pick up. The french fries were soggy, flavor off :( i felt as tho no care was put into the fries. the maple did not go well with the fries at all. Please guys , get a new cook to cook the fries and season them differently. Dont give people something you would not eat🙏🏾. Veggie wrap good though i would order again.

1st time visiting Shareefs & unfortunately, it will be my last. I purchased a whiting, chicken tender, jumbo shrimp meal & order of fries. Sad that the only tasty thing was the french fries; my fish seemed under cooked, while my chicken tenders and mini shrimp had clearly been prepared and cooked hours before my purchase. Waste of my hard earned money.

I ordered the Beef Burger with the turkey bacon, but there was no turkey back at all ! And the beef was super dry! They didn’t even keep extra packets of ketchup or mustard or any sauce! The fries were not seasoned properly sorry to say this was my first and last time to try this place out!

Customer service is Terrible . I don’t know where to start . Prices are to Damn high to give ppl poor customer service . We work to hard to give businesses like this our hard earn money . The owner clearly don’t care . We can’t support service like this

A bit pricey than the regular food venture.
They should focus on service about being faster or punctual. Their wait hour was very longer, after order being placed.

I ordered the jumbo lump crab with shrimp. It had no crab. If you don't have crab meat, don't sell the platter! 1+1=2. Extremely disappointed.

I just got a deliver from here and my food is disgusting. There was only sauce in the corners of my box. The vegetables where burnt and that taste transferred to the little bit of rice they gave me. I paid $7 for premium jumbo lump crabmeat and got lump. I called the store to find out what was going on and didn't get an answer. Everything was just bad about this. Bring back the shareefs it used to be because this ain't it. I used tovwat here every other day.

Great service, hospitable and knowledge. They were closing, he did not rush me. Bet let me aware that they are closing. My first visits turned my into a repeat customer. 5 + stars for me.

Jareef serve the best hospitality in the are. We’re definitely coming back. The house made pineapple lemonade is fire. Grill lamb is off the hook.

Food was good however the service was horrible. From the young lady Mimi at the front counter who seems very uninterested in working. The menu clearly says 2 pieces of fish 2 sides $19. I paid got my order and it was only 1 piece both sides. I called to let them know and she she responded quick no and i don’t know why but it’s only supposed to come with one. I don’t know which menu you have( I had the one right in front of her on the front counter where you place your order) she I assume grabs it and see’s it clear as day (menu and receipt shown in photo) she gets a manager who says no and well it’s only 1 piece of fish. Okay so when will the price reflect that menu change? 1 piece of fish and 2 sides isn’t $19. My lamb and rice was cheaper $18. Very rude when suggested what would they do to compensate me.
