The first time going to this, Wendy’s was very disappointed and the cashier was rude she had given me some old fries, and a few of them were burnt so I asked for a new one she told me they were not burned going back forward and rolling her eyes. with the manager standing right there. Never again

I went back to back for the new breakfast burrito meal. But the greatest part of it all was on duty morning manager working on 9/27-28. A very nice lady is super pleasant she makes you want to come back for more. I wish I would have asked for her name but that didn't stop me from complimenting her. I wish more managers at Wendy's were like her. I will be going back this Friday as it's my cheat day. Oh burrito is a must the sausage one is my favorite.

My drive thru experience is awful, they kept me waiting way too long,before they could get my order took them like 15 minutes, after waiting in the car for another 15 minutes, my daughter had to go inside and came back after 6 minutes to tell Me they are still preparing it,to cut the story short they are too slow.
I got to Wendy's a little before 9:55 pm, i was the 5th car in drive through, it was 2 cars in front of me and one of the car's was waiting to place a order. Long story short, it was 10:20 when I left Wendy's, after leaving drive through I checked my order and was missing my nuggets and the fries wad cold, walked back up to the drive through window and told them what was going on, so that was another 5 minutes I had to wait for fresh fries and my nuggets. So 10:20 was the time I was pulling off 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The manager today Thursday 8/8/24 @ 5:26pm Who's name starts with a K ( so he said he wasnt wearing a badge) , has no customer service etiquette. I came through the drive through ordered a meal and an order of Chilli cheese fries. After receiving my drink, and waiting at least 5 minutes for my food I was handed my bag and I tried a fry, it was cold. I then asked how long for fresh fries and was told some were just dropped I then asked for my chlli cheese fries to be remade as well. I pulled over in parking lot to wait an additional 5 minutes. The young man came out with no bag and told me they wouldn't remake my fries because they were fresh. I gave the young man a fry and asked him is this how their fresh fries felt. He then admitted no they were not. I then asked for a refund and the manager and was told he would go and see about a refund. I went in myself instead and spoke with the manager and aske for my fries to be remade fresh. He told me no and explained that it had been his decision to not remake my order because he claimed they were fresh. I could see on there line that they had fries sitting over the oil and not in the fries location. I could see from the register that they were old as well. I asked fir a refund. My refund was given but in all 40 yrs of my life I have never had a store manager tell me that my food could not be remade. In customer service you are supposed to service your customer. No the customer is not always right but in instances like this you are to help them. If you plan on going to this Wendy's I'd advise you to save your money and somewhere else during this man shift.. The morning staff at this location are great but lunch and dinner is another story

They had no vanilla frosty's. I was disappointed but it seems to be a regular thing.
Order thru the drive thru, should have checked the order before we left waited till we got home 15 minutes away, not the sandwiches we ordered ! To tired to go back and to late.
When ever we visit our daughter we stop there an eat .I love there taco salad .don't ever get rid of that please.
