Ordered my food and when I got to the window was handed the wrong order then was told to park and wait but it was said very rudely which was unnecessary because I said nothing but this is not my order so I asked for a manager and the lady which was a bit older I didn’t get a name asked me what the problem was so I am assuming she was the manager I said that the attitude was not necessary and she tried to end the conversation just to shut me up and get me to park but with all of this when I FINALLY got my food my chicken sandwich was dry, greasy and disgusting the chicken in my salad was dry and hard and my sons Jbc had tomato on it and meat had to been cooked forever ago was absolutely dried out I specifically asked for no tomato because he is allergic glad I checked before he bit into it. Unacceptable I won’t ever eat at this location again horrible management terrible food

I get the same Food each time. Why change? And this is what I like from Wendy's: 1. Triple Hamburger, Hot and Juicy pressed Flat with only Ketchup. Make it a Medium Hamburger. I am the only one eating it. 2. Large Order of French Fries with No Salt. And cooked for only 1 Minute and 30 seconds. 3. Medium size of Coke Zero Cherry Flavor or No Flavor. I have been going to Wendy’s when Dave Thomas and my Mother were still alive. 4. Vanilla Frosty, Small, medium or large.

Came in the store tonight to get dinner for my family. The young lady that took my order was very nice and pleasant ny food was done I check my food I noticed no lettuce was on my sandwich I ask for when I place my order the young lady that was making the sandwich with a smart attitude yells we don't have no lettuce I said that should have been address at the time I was placing my order then she says do you want it or not. That was very rude to say to a paying customer that didn't know it no lettuce very disappointed with the services tonight

Don’t come here. They force you to get a large because nothing else is available apparently and then they only give you one sauce even though you’re forced to get a large. Also extremely rude. The one time I break and get fast food and I’m immediately reminded of why I don’t.

Got an unsweet tea a couple days ago. For the 2nd time this month the tea was bad. Tasted like it had been left out to long and was starting to ferment.
Customer service has improved. Food was made fresh with no hesitation when asked. My dine in experience was great!

I don’t understand why every Wendy’s has rude employees. Especially when in doordashing. They tell me to come inside to pick up the order. When I go inside they tell me wait outside. And always rude. And the food is starting to taste like throw-up dressed up as fast food. It’s starting to get me nauseous

Here now with a work truck that can’t fit in the drive thru and all doors are locked can’t get food 5 man crew no food it’s 9:25 9/17/25 I went in to days prior and a guy quit on the spot shows how trash this location is
