BURGERS IN THE HOOD!!!Pulled up to drive-through to order two burgers and fries. First, noticed that menu screen was broken. Placed order anyway and asked lady to repeat it. When paying for food, mentioned screen was broken, she said she would tell manager. Got home- both burgers were extremely dry. Half of the toppings were missing. Fries were okay.

It took way too long for anyone to acknowledge me while I just stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. The place was not busy and there appeared to be a good amount of staff present. Just none were at the register. None acknowledged my presence.To her credit the young lady who did finally help me was kind and pleasant to deal with.Food was ok. Edible. But I've had better at Wendy's.Dining room was moderately clean but could have been better considering it was not busy. Seemed like no good reason the Dining room wasn't immaculate.In the future will probably avoid stopping at this location. Took far too long between getting my food ordered and receiving it.

We came here late one night to get some food. The guy who took our order was so cool and friendly. The food was warm and still hot even after we got home.Parking: It's located in a shopping center so plenty of parking around the building

I received cold food and when I told the workers the lady with red braids was very rude for no reason like why not just check my food and make it right. Customer service was too rude for me at this place I will not return.

Food was fresh and delicious. The fries were little dry though. Like it was the last batch before making a new. The pointy crunchies... I was still content because the burger was so good. And the chili was nice and hot.

Window guy couldn't count change when given exact amount and should have given me two dollar change...I asked for a bacon nader and got a reg hamburger roll one bacon, cold sandwich, dry meat, no sugar in the sweet tea....never again to this store on liberty road randallstown maryland. It is the worst service, they don't know what they are doing there...horrible.....thank you
