“From the time you enter the door, staff always politely welcomes you to the brand. With huge smiles and direct eye contact, staff have a driven purpose to serve your needs. The store is always clean, the food is tasty and they accommodate as much as they can. Such a huge variety of foods to choose from, the menu is beautiful and there are soo many sauces. They do not mind giving you a sample of something you are unsure of and if you have allergies they will look into the company booklet to ensure you do not get affected by any ingredients. Super flavorful and tender! I purchased the falafel burger and sweet potato fries which was way better than Plnt Burger in Columbia. He's about to get it for us for dinner again tonight which reminded me to review our first time there! Staff were super friendly and talkative. Also informative for us first timers. “Food was great as always. But a glitch on the online ordering service led to major disappointment this evening (website and app are both like this). My wife had been craving a pepperoni pizza all day and I told her I would pick one up on my way home from work. So I ordered our usual Tomato Basil pizza and a Pepperoni pizza on the website. Except, I made the mistake of selecting the pepperoni, and then going back and changing the size of the pizza from small to medium. Evidently when you change the size of the pizza, it erases any and all of the toppings on the pizza you were creating. After a 12 hour day and in a rush to get my wife her pizza I did not notice it had erased my pepperoni selection and proceeded with the order thinking it was as I had placed it. Once I got home my wife was very disappointed that the pepperoni pizza she had been craving all day was in fact just a plain cheese pizza. I partially feel like this is my fault, but I also feel as though the website and app should not revert your selected toppings to a blank slate just by changing the size of the pizza. Hopefully you all can change the way this happens or look into a new online ordering service that is more modern and user friendly.“

“It's great, but today my order called for 2 plain biscuits and 3 sandwich biscuits, which is 4 lines on the order. I only got 4 biscuits, the 2 count correct but someone may have seen 4 lines and 4 items. The instant reward credit is nice. But it doesn't mean I got home with the right food.“

“Took me a while to finally try Genova’s, but it has easily become my favorite place for pizza and cheesesteaks in Eldersburg. The quality of the pizza is exactly what I have been looking for. The cheese just has a certain bite / texture to it that just hits perfectly. Can’t forget that crispy crust! Have to get it without the oregano though; too overpowering for me! And I can’t forget to mention the bread used for their sub rolls - simply excellent! The second you walk in the place, you are hit with the most wonderful aroma - you know really good things are being made here! Very nice friendly staff here as well. Way to go, Genova’s!!!“

“What I've been noticing about this restaurant I'd that the chairs are disappearing. Our group often has 8 attending and we used to be able to sit at the big table together. Now there's often only 5 chairs. If we take others away from other tables, they're left with no chairs. It seems weird not to replace chairs if they break. Or fix them if the come loose. I'd this store failing ? They don't have money to keep it up? That's what it looks like to me“

“I went through the drive through so there really isn't much atmosphere... except the cow shaped bushes with sunflower sunglasses and flower leis. But the service was quick, efficient, and friendly. And of course the food was excellent (I love Peach milkshake season!!)“

“My food was fresh , the cafe was full. You had a group of retirees playing cards, while enjoying food. The bathroom was not clean, I entered & exited at the same time.. very disappointed. And although I preordered my food waited 5-6 past the time it was said to be ready on the app. Went to pick up & folks were standing by the kitchen waiting for their order while the employee opened asking ppl their name. When I was asked, they hadn’t even begun my order. I waited 18 mins for it to be completed.. on a 30 min lunch break. .So it ended up being dinner, because once I returned… my lunch was over 🤨“
