terrible wait
Something sketchy happened today. I ordered a grande iced pumpkin cream chai and was charged approximately $11 for it. I didn’t see the charge on the order screen, they told me the price at the window. When she said $11 I did think to myself that’s a bit high but I was multi-tasking and just assumed because it was a specialty drink or something. I really wish I would’ve gotten a receipt. The food here is always delicious and fresh, but the customer service is not very good. The staff are ok but go here for a great bite to eat, but expect a long wait and poor service.
