Ok, this is my reasoning for the rating. A college classmate, who I haven’t seen in a while decided to meet and have lunch. I arrived early and explained to the hostess that I was waiting for another person to join me. I was seated. I waiting for 15-20 minutes before a waitress acknowledged my presence. I went there to pickup an order, and the door was locked and I know they may have been closed but some restuarant still give you the order as long as it was ready to be pickup and employees are still inside. And no one was at the door and an employee was at the window, I tapped the window to get her attention and ask, she didn't even look up, I am sure she doesn't treat diners like that, pure ignorance. The service is always good and it's a good place to have a conversation--not too loud. And the cocktails and mocktails are actually great. The food isn't, though. The menu isn't one I'd be excited about in the first place, but even relative to what's on it, the execution is not very good. The food isn't gross and has never made me sick, it's just not very flavorful (and some things are overcooked by my standards).
