This Starbucks location is incapable of handling a rush. Best to mobile order to avoid interacting with flustered baristas and unprofessional managers.
I ordered an americano and a cold brew. I was told by, I believe the manager, that the cold brew wasn’t ready so I asked for a second americano instead. This manager prepared one americano then immediately walked away. I had to waited way too long to have the same drink made again. Pure laziness.
