A little pricey, but worth every penny. Seems like every thing they serve is the best I’ve ever tasted. For example, steak&eggs is a beyond top quality steak, OMG. Crab or clam soup is filled with crab/clams. I never skip a meal when I’m in the area.

We went to Ford’s last weekend. Small restaurant with excellent food especially the cream of crab soup. So good we walked out of there with 3 tshirts to help advertise, lol. Will definitely be making another trip just to eat their delicious food

Just an awesome local seafood place. We had the fish and chips (the outside was crispy and the inside tender and delicious), the grilled rockfish (which was awesome), and the lemon curd cake. Everything was delicious. Just one note, the fish in the fish and chips are fried in the same oil as the oysters are fried, so the fish has a distinctive oyster taste. We didn’t mind that because we eat fried oysters but if you don’t like the smell of oysters I’d go with the grilled rockfish instead.

Ford's Seafood is the kind of unassuming kind of crab shack that, sadly, gets overlooked when we're looking for good seafood. Go on in , you're in for some great seafood.
Added to my first review: "I'm adding a star and a comment. We returned to Ford's the day after dining there to bring home some seafood. I don't want to be one of those people who lurks in the background and lets anonymity shield them. So I commented on the flies, and the very kind lady pointed out they had a couple devices to contain the flies, but she said the flies arrive with the bushels of crabs. I should know that: I worked for a fishmonger, and I know we got flies when the crabs came out of refrigeration. The moral of the story: Enjoy really good, fresh seafood, and live with the flies: they're telling you you're getting fresh crabs!
My wife and I enjoyed an excellent meal: she had scallops that were perfectly pan fried, and I had the stuffed flounder: stuffed with a delicious crab stuffing. My dish was accompanied by stewed tomatoes and coleslaw, both very tasty, my wife had broccoli and fries, which she enjoyed. There was a special on the stuffed flounder: it was really a bargain, although, I must say, it looked really good on the menu, so, I thought, why not?
We were impressed that the young staff worked diligently to keep the dining area clean. There is not much in the way of decor or amenities, but you can't eat decor.
Judging by the number of folks we saw come in for takeout, Ford's is very popular. The locals seem to be on to a good thing.
Parking is fine, and there is a brisk turnover of spots what with all the folks coming in for takeout.
I have only one regret with Ford's: you guys need to get the flies under control. There were several flies buzzing around the entire time we were dining, which was annoying, and, I'm guessing, somewhat unsanitary. It's a criticism that others have made. Do something!
Give Ford's a try: you'll get good decent seafood at very reasonable prices.

Went there tonight for broiled catfish, broccoli, and a baked potato to go. When I got home, I was ready to eat bc i was hungry. When I opened it, I got fried fish, broccoli, and fried chicken wings. Called back to tell them about my wrong order and the young man said that they were closed. There's nothing that they can do. I don't eat fried foods. I wanted what I ordered.
