We had a large family gathering, we placed the order last minutes. We haven’t tried filipino food in the past, however everything turned out to be perfect , sweet and savory. The entire family enjoyed the food, the price is reasonable too. The customer service is excellent, the owner is very responsive. We will definitively come back again!

I was so delighted to order the whole Lechon from 5Star from Scratch for my milestone birthday. The Lechon has incredibly crispy crackling skin, perfectly seasoned, stuffed with herbs and spices, and with juicy and tender flavorful meat. Best Lechon in the DMV area! Everybody loved it! I also wanted to commend Rose for being so prompt and professional! I truly enjoyed the impeccable customer service experience and the quality of Lechon. Highly recommended! From Scratch came through for our company Christmas potluck when I placed a very last minute order. They were very responsive, patient with my questions, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything was handled smoothly despite the timing.
I ordered the lumpia Shanghai, and it was an immediate hit. The tray disappeared quickly, and there were no leftovers (wish I had a pic to share but they disappeared that quickly). Excellent food and excellent service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
