7 Locks Brewing does craft beer the right way. Simple, approachable, and genuinely delicious. Their beers are easy to drink but still full of flavor, which makes them great for just about everyone.
As the owner of Barbers and Brew, we’ve partnered with 7 Locks and exclusively serve their beer at our barbershop, and we couldn’t be happier. We love their beer, and we love the warehouse-style vibe of the brewery. It’s cozy, dog-friendly, and a great place to hang out. Their trivia night is also one of the best in the Rockville area.
Amazing people, great beer, and a local business doing really good things. Definitely check them out and support them — there’s a lot more good stuff coming
Tap room is nice. It is dog friendly!
Went when there was a food truck outside.

Tasty beer and nice bartenders.
Great brewery. Good beer selection and great service. Not busy and quiet. Highly recommend checking 7 Locks out!
Best local brewery for sure
Friendly, casual microbrewery with easy access for bicycles. Recommended.
Good beers. Dog friendly. Enjoyed the flights to try the variety.
Beer is good. shoutout to kyle the bartender for his friendly conversation and craft-beer knowledge. Just wish they food other than food trucks and bag chips. cool spot. will definitely check out the growler discounts on friday.
Great beer and great vibes. It’s kid-friendly , however they need to invest in some high chairs!!!!

7 Locks Brewing is a pretty solid brewery with solid beers (including a variety of beer types for those with different tastes), cheap prices, and friendly people. The staff were helpful and provided recommendations. They also have a wall of board games to choose from, a few other bar games like table shuffleboard, and they have TVs showing sports as well.
Was really excited to visit the taproom, as Surrender is my go-to 6-pack.
Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and was served by the most apathetic and incompetent bartender I have encountered in some time. Sold me a bottle of the Mezcal Imperial Cream Ale at $16 a pop. I asked how long it would last once I popped the cork and met with a shrug. He didn't bother opening it for me, and when I took it back requesting help, he palmed it off to his colleague. When I asked for the cork, his colleague then informed me it couldn't be recorked and would have to be drunk on premesis.
Do yourself a favor and skip the taproom.
Devil's Alley IPA. A very solid beer. Nice location to hang out, although I often only stop by just to grab some six packs to go.
It’s so nice to be back home in Maryland. This 7 Locks Brewery is amazing and what a blast last night…
I love being back in Maryland…visiting family and friends.
