Authentic bánh mì spot that just opened and already a favorite. The bread is perfectly crisp, fillings are fresh, and there’s a great variety to choose from. Everything tastes flavorful and well balanced, definitely worth checking out.
Smaller sandwich compared to the Eden Center location in VA. I've been coming here (3 times) since it opened since I love bah mi and don't want to deal with the traffic in NoVA. Ordered #1 (my fav) 3 times and each time afterwards I had the runs within 1-2hrs. They source their head of cheese and meat from Chicago(!!, can see on label), maybe food not as fresh due to transport? Never happened when I goto the VA location. #1 is the traditional bah mi. Will go again...
I think this place has the potential to become a long-lasting establishment. The bread is baked in house and perfectly crispy. There is an incredibly diverse menu to appeal to everyone; vegan options, pescatarian, etc. The staff is incredibly kind and patient and informative. Generous portions and imo reasonable prices(10.95 for shrimp Bahn mi)
