Delicious, refreshing drinks but poor customer service. I've visited a couple of times and the service has consistently been unsatisfactory. The drinks/food take very long to make so order ahead if you can. Once I waited 15 min for a drink just to find out that the cashier "forgot my order". I have a suspicion he did this purposefully since I tried to order only one topping in my custom drink and he was adamant that I add more.Another time I waited 20-25 min for food and drink despite the place not being packed. Sadly I am debating even coming back to this establishment because there are other places with better service

I’ve currently been standing in line for 15 minutes for four buns. There were maybe 3 other patrons who came into the store and left because no one came out of the kitchen to greet them. I won’t even comment on whether the food was good or not because the service was so poor.The strawberry lemonade also tasted like grape soda.

Terrible experience. The 2 of us visited yesterday afternoon, there were probably 3 other guests in the cafe and it didn't look busy at all. We ordered 1 coffee, 1 pancake and 1 waffle. They made the coffee first, by the time it was getting cold and had to be drank they had the pancake ready (took about 15 minutes), it was cold. No signs of the waffle. Another 10 minutes later I asked about the waffle and was told it only takes few minutes. Almost another 10 minutes later the waffle arrived - they served it in a takeaway plastic tray, which made no sense as we were eating in. When I asked one of the employees if they had a plate, I was told they were understaffed and had no plates.All in all: the food was good, the service was terrible. It looked like there was only one member of the staff who knew how to prepare food and drinks, the other staff members couldn't answer basic questions. I guess they like to make their guests watch their partner eat food while waiting for their plate. The menu reads toppings cost 75 cents, yet they charged us 85 cents per topping. It seems that they must have lost all their staff recently, otherwise I don't understand where all the positive reviews came from. I will not be back.

Ordered two smoothies, then watched the 10 people that came in after us get all of their orders first. The guy totally forgot about us and when I asked where the smoothies were he said they were almost ready. About a minute later I heard the blender start, and our smoothies appeared a few minutes later. Tasted alright, nothing special.

I think I had just one bad experience. Their specialty bambu bubble tea tasted awful. Too many flavors and textures that I can't identify. Which is saying something because I love food and cooking.

Been a while since I’ve been here. We used to come once a week. We are about 20 mins away so when we got our order this time, we were really disappointed. We order our usual, the halo halo but it did not taste the same. Not enough sugar or coconut. It was definitely watered down with the ice since not much flavor was there. The ice cream scoop was literally one tiny bite. It used to be one good scoop.We also got a large taro milk tea… omg. So disappointed my husband said to throw it out when we got outside. But I said no, we are not wasting money. So I tried it and he was right.. tasted watered down as well. No flavor.. We definitely threw it out.

This is one of the best cafe in the DMV!!!I love everything on the menu.It’s one place that you can literally pick anything and you will falling in love with.Everything here are fresh and delicious.The cafe is always nice and clean.The staffs here are always very friendly.If you don’t know what to choose just ask.The parking lot here is huge, you won’t have trouble to find a parking space.This place is a dessert heaven for real !!!I can’t wait for my next visit.Why you are still reading this review???Go check it out now!!!

Ordered online a Taro smoothie with bubbles and Shrimp Wontons. When I arrived there were No bubbles in smoothie, “not ready” I was told, and no shrimp dumplings. Ok things happen I thought ‘what do you have that is equivalent’ he offered a sandwich and said briskly it was $2 more. No sorry and no attempt to make it right, just a refund for dumplings. The bubble-less Taro smoothie was good. Customer service is 1 star.
