Incredible tasting bubble tea with very competitive prices for the area. This shop is in Rockville and there’s practically a bubble tea spot on every corner, but this one is worth your time and money. Kevin, the owner, is a super sweet older Chinese man who takes true pride in his teas. You can taste the love and effort. If you need good quality boba at least once a week like me, then this is the place to go! Thanks Kevin!

Excellent classic milk teas! The brown sugar my daughter got was perfect and flavorful! My 4 season green tea was freshly made and so flavourful! The boba was excellent consistency! This place may be hiding next to a shopping center but it's worth finding! 👍

This has remained my favorite bubble tea place in the DC area for many years after trying numerous places. Bubbles are always fresh, not too sweet, not too hard or soft. They have lots of flavors to choose from, staff are always nice, and they have a frequent buyer punch card that gets you a free bubble tea pretty quickly (I want to say after 8 purchases?). I believe its a small independent store, so please go give it a try -- they've never done me wrong!

Greeted by the sweetest woman behind the counter! Came here on a Friday afternoon and there was no line. Ordered a few drinks that were only about $5 each, boba included! Generous portions of boba included, and even though the milk teas are powdered it is a very nostalgic taste. Will be back to support them next time I’m in Rockville!

My son loves to come here and has various kinds of buble teas. They are tasty and fresh. They brew fresh tea every morning. I really like this fresh bubble tea. The staff are very kind.

I got confused with matcha and mocha, Just 2 days before I brought mocha, They did not explain that matcha is green tea and mocha is chocolate coffee even after seeing me confused, They gave me green tea, When i drank i came to know it was green tea and I dont like it at all, They said they will change it generously for no cost and gave me the same with just mix of chocolate and brownish color, I tasted it after i went to car, It had the green tea taste only , Looks like they kept bubbles and just added some chocolate milk for color change. HORRIBLE, instead of offering that they would have just left me to get a new one I would have paid and brought new one, That green tea brought me Headache and spoiled my day. People who drink coffee for refreshment would know the pain. Very very bad experience
