I only buy the Taro Milk with real taro because it’s good and I can’t find it anywhere else around. It’s too bad the shop had to raise its prices, but every other eatery did too, so it’s a treat and not an every week occurrence. But I do like how they don’t overload the drink with boba (unless you request it). Plus their drinks aren’t choking with sugar, either.
The one time a bunch of us ordered shaved ice was yummy. (Sadly that was pre-pandemic!)

Our family loves the Calamansi bubble tea. We frequent Bubbles&Tea several times a week and truly enjoy their bubble tea (all flavors). The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sire our orders are correct and we are satisfied. Bibbles&Tea is the go to place in Rockville for bubble tea. My teeth super sensitive to cold and I specifically asked them to put no ice in my tea. Instead they crushed the ice in blender and my drink was chilled like anything. I asked them again before receiving my drink to make sure if there was no ice, they said yes no ice. I literally could not drink my tea This has been my go to place but wont be going here again.

I had Really high hopes for the shaved snow cream, texture was excellent, but the matcha was mostly green for coloring and hardly any matcha powder flavor. The azuki read bean was good though. Same problem with the mango snow cream. It had an artificial mango orange-color flavor, but did have fresh-ish fruit on top. Would have given it 5/5 of the flavors were not artificial... Kinda bummed.

Still the best bubble tea in the area. Lots of amazing options to choose from. I’ve never disliked anything I’ve ordered, but I highly recommend their Jasmine tea or Osmanthus Oolong— they do not disappoint! They also catered my wedding and it was a huge hit with my guests. ? Give them a try!
