Caribbean Caterers was on the approved vendor list at our daughter's bridal shower venue. From initial telephone consultation to finish, Gillian and her team were highly responsive and attentive to our family's requests. As suggested (and now I too recommend), our family attended a tasting before finalizing the menu selection; it allowed us to sample overlooked items.
On the day of the shower the staff arrived on time, presenting appealing and hot food. The cuisine was perfectly seasoned, moist, and delicious. Moreover, the waitstaff could not have been more gracious and were very attentive to our guests.
Our shower guests raved about the food. Our family highly recommends Carribean Caterers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I was the jr bridesmaid at a wedding on October 8th 2023 and the food was cold meat was tough I couldn’t even chew it was so hard shake my head the greens taste like canned greens presentation was terrible would not recommend at all all the kids at the table complained too it was horrible very disgraceful it was not appealing at all !!!!!!!! Very disappointing especially on Gillian and her team who we thought would be top teer don’t waste your hard earned coins on them

The meat was tough red. It was the Worst experience I ever had!! I was so disappointed for this to be a memorable moment.for me as being the mother of the bride.i would not recommend.
