Breakfast ends at 11am. I placed a mobile order for a breakfast meal at 10:15am to be picked and the order was cancelled by the manager. As a result, I drove up there for no reason. Keep that in mind. They’re just too lazy at this location.

Really nice staff and quick service. I took off one star for convenience because there was no drive thru! I just wanted a quick stop and go. So, I had to find parking, and the parking lot was almost full. Otherwise, this place was nice and had great options for indoor and outdoor seating.

Worst catering experience i’ve ever had with Chick Fil A. Order was not ready at pick up time, I received it 30 minutes after my pick up time. Lack of communication from restaurant only to find out the person who handles their catering never printed my order that morning. Manager gave me coupon cards to make up for it, all the coupon cards are expired. Upon arriving to my meeting I was missing items, nothing was labeled and they gave 10 sauce packets for over 15 boxes lunches. If you’re ordering catering do yourself a favor and find a different restaurant in the area to order from.

Sat outside for 17 minutes for a sandwich. Watched 8 different people come and go. Called and heard they were “waiting on sandwiches”. No apology… this is the second time. Don’t visit this location if you are hungry.
What is the policy of this particular location on accepting large bills? They deny me and my family service just because they will not accept bills larger than $20. How stupid!! They just lost a customer!!! 😡😡😡😡

I picked up a breakfast catering order for 20 people. Ordering was easy, I called to lace the order and the answer service lady was patient and very helpful. In catering Vanessa the young lady that helped me was friendly & efficient. She helped me carry everything to my car. She went above and beyond to help me.

This has to be the worst chickfila in the area. My food was soo cold and the portions were a joke. The fries felt like biting into plastic and the chicken felt gross bc of how cold it was. Nothing compares to the chickfila in Gaithersburg. I was closer to this one and decided to try this one out but honestly i should've made the drive to the one in Gburg or research blvd. Please improve food quality and presentation.
