I wanted to share my experience from my visit to your location on Saturday night. When I received my order, my fries were undercooked. I returned to the drive-thru to politely let the employee know, and a woman possibly a manager, wearing a gray sweater came over to speak with me.
At first, I genuinely thought she was coming over to apologize or simply correct the issue. Instead, she told me she could only replace the fries with a small because “half the bag was empty.” She repeated this point several times, as if I were trying to return food dishonestly. For clarity, I had only eaten two fries—and both were undercooked.
Her tone made me feel accused and dismissed rather than helped. It was surprising and disappointing, especially coming from Chick-fil-A, a place known for its hospitality and customer care.
What should have been a simple quality concern turned into an uncomfortable and unnecessary interaction. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with the store manager, as this was unacceptable and far from the service. She should have apologized and gave me what I asked for rather than lamenting and accusing me about the french fries being eaten and also she told me about how customers come and return food, highly inappropriate and that definitely needs to be addressed.

I had drive through order and the sandwich was cold and before 2 weeks I had order carry out but I changed my mind and asked the person who took the order to change dine in but they took too long and the food was cold I didn’t expect that because I didn’t have that experience but I got this two times
The guy with the piercing basically threw my food at me and said here you go his tone was very off putting like he didn’t want to work very rude. My food was great
