I'm not a big fast foodie so it's hard for me to give this 5 stars. However, they have an efficient system that gets the drive thru line processed quickly despite the long lines. The chicken seems real although most things are fried. I wouldn't make it a habit, but it's not bad for the occasional treat.
I’m torn on this Chick-fil-A location. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and comes with a small indoor play area for kids that my daughter loved. On the other hand, staff were very slow and confused. For the first time ever at a Chick-fil-A, they were thrown off when I ordered a multigrain bun with no butter. In the end, they gave me a gluten free bun with butter. It tasted horrible and fell apart immediately.
I ordered catering from this location and it was a good experience. The food was ready on time, hot and fresh. The gentleman that assisted me was super helpful and offered me a drink while I waited which was a nice surprise.
