Please fix your website so that it will accept my credit card. I just spent an hour trying to order on the company website and called the 800 #, but no one can process my delivery order.
And then fix your phone answering service so that I don't spend 20 minutes placing an order only to be told at the end that phone orders can't be delivered.

Be aware that the food portions are very small, as if they restrict serving food here, and if you ask, they get upset.

On May 23, 2025 at 5:30 PM . My experience at location was profoundly disappointing . The portion size of my burrito was woefully inadequate. What's more concerning, however, is the apparent disparity in service. I observed that the Hispanic patrons were served substantially larger portions, whereas I, as a Black individual, received significantly less. The racial dynamics at play here are troubling and suggest a lack of attention to equity in customer treatment. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Pike and Rose chipotle is top tier, especially at lunch time, probably one of the best in MoCo

just went to the chipotle near food Lion and they were out of black beans; aswell as the girl serving me seemed to be having a very bad day as she was rude , i asked if i could wait and she said it wasn’t gonna be ready for a While so I came to this location and they were fully stocked and Super kind and welcoming i was very appreciative

I had a bad experience in this location before and I didn’t buy from this location for almost 8 months , I usually rather drive an xtra 10 min and go to the kensington location , but today I decided to give it another shot because it’s the closest location to my home and I literally was passing by and hungry craving chipotle , and again totally regretted they always have an attitude there like if you asking for free stuff and also management is horrible I been a manager of a restaurant before and what you want is make your costumers feel welcome and enjoy the whole experience even if they just get a cup of water , hospitality basically and have them come back , but here it looks like they really don’t care about loyal costumers , I’m specifically complaining about this location , I suggest that you guys go to the kensington location they are great there , even the one o in Wheaton mall is better then this one .

It's a Mexican food chain. Fairly consistent across all stores, but somehow the pike rose site is better and food tastes fresher at that location.

Found a corner piece of plastic in my food… looks like from a bag of some sort. This was take out so didn’t have a chance to reconcile this with anyone. Threw it out. Hope chipotle reaches out to fix this. (Also they forgot to put sour cream in my bowl of which I had included in the ordered)

People were nasty and tried charging us for triple chicken when they would shake meat out of the spoon and not even give a full scoop for double meat. Worst burrito bowl I’ve ever had there and my boyfriend’s burrito was the worst he ever had too. I guess when you are such a big chain you can get away with not caring about customer service

Do not make an online order from here. They will give you extra small portions. I ordered a chicken burrito and literally got shreds of chicken. The portion was so little I couldn’t even find any chicken pieces. I don’t even think they put barely any chicken in my other burrito.
Just make sure you go in to place your order.
