You’d think that making a burrito bowl would be simple, but it is not. It’s an art, and Tyler is Picasso. Guy knows how to give the perfect proportions. 5/5 stars

Hispanic girl with glasses acts like the sour cream comes out of her paycheck . I asked for extra 3x , first time her first scoop was fine but the second was half and the third was even less! So yes i’m paying for my food so I asked the cashier for more after and she commented in spanish to the cashier thinking i didn’t speak Spanish when i understood. Also I asked her to mix it and none of it was mixed . Get her out the front !

Dude. This location is NOTORIOUS for skimping. If you’re ordering online - actually, just don’t. Your bowls will have no food. In person they give you an attitude for asking for extra, when they’re already light handed! The employees act like the food comes out of their checks! Always disappointed. I’ll have to go to another location if I actually want chipotle.
Order #: JB3-PA8 Once you get a pass but this is the 2nd time this store has gipped me. Here's what my burrito was: 60% rice, 15% beans, 10% chicken, 8% lettuce/salsa/roasted corn. There also was some hot chili salsa that I didn't order or want. They seem to be filling the online orders with the cheaper ingredients. Won't order here again.

The cashier is rude and didnt even make eye contact. I told her I was redeeming a reward which she made me scan six times. Then she insisted on me paying the remaining balance which I told her I would do with a gift card but I wanted to know the new total first. She kept mumbling it without even looking up and got frustrated with me. Then I realized the total had not gone down so my reward didnt register. Again she was somehow frustrated with me when I pointed this out. No receipt was provided so I have to check the bank to see if she even ended up charging me correctly and their survey system isnt allowing me to provide feedback without the receipt. The chips are also stale. I thought they were made daily.

I love the vegan options that they have. The portions are well done and in general pretty filling.
The service is really good and fast .
The environment, though is relatively noisy when crowded . But I love the place.

Decreasing portion sizing has been an issue for a while but it is noticeably getting worse. The food quality is also terrible, or possibly due to hygiene, because I have a very upset stomach after my go to order. Sadly I’ll have to pass on Chipotle or at least this convenient location.

I made an online order through the app yesterday for a burrito bowl and a burrito, to be picked up at this location. They instead gave me two burrito bowls, one with what the burrito was supposed to have. Additionally, in the other burrito bowl, they switched the meat I ordered. I only noticed this when I got home, as the sticker on the bag didn't indicate anything different from my order; it had my name, and listed what I ordered, but what was in the bag was different.

Clean restaurant. Not to busy at 5 on a friday which was nice. Asked for a water cashier gave me a cup didnt charge me. Im not complaining. 4 stars because alittle light on the toppings. Lot of rice. Probably could ask them to go lighter but i like a natural balance.

I was absolutely appalled by the behavior and work ethic of the employees of this location. They were rude, slow, and made excuses to not let me use my Chipotle rewards. The guacamole was BROWN, and they didn’t even know their own code for the bathroom. I am embarrassed to call what I received today “customer service.”
