If I can give negative 3 stars I would. This chipotle sucks. It’s dirty and on top of that horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, quit. Simple.

In terms of quantity the people here are too mean and not interested to even fill your order properly, as one can see the sour cream and beans. Also, the rice was not fully cooked.

This location cheapens out with their chicken portions. Give you half a spoon and if you want more it’s extra. Go to another chipotle if you don’t want to get ripped off.
This location is usually bomb but today I left with a chicken bowl and the rice was literally undercooked to the point I could hear it in the bowl. I’m surprised at this

Lady gave me a sprinkle of steak. Please don’t waste your time. $2 extra for steak and this is what I get? Crazy.
Rockville Pike location is the worst! Staff was not friendly and not professional. This is our Third time that our chicken quesadilla was not hot. even thw chesse inside still not melt. The salad in my bowl is also old. my husband’ burritos is also cold. we will order from different locations.

They do not season, their steak, the steak should be full of flavor, and juicy, not dry. They only gave me, half of a spoon size, of guacamole.
If a customer asks for more rice, that doesn’t mean, ignore our request, and neither does it mean, to respond by saying that you will charge extra, that’s not going to change our request at all 🤷♀️ and we already know that rice, is the cheapest ingredient, so do what the clients ask, or else I will give, you a reason to get agitated! If you have a simple job to do, which is serving people, and preparing their meals, do it right, or else don’t be upset ,when the customers get into a confrontation with you, over your, inability to follow the exact instructions, given to you!

Tell customers if you’re out of chicken at 2pm before they start their order instead of having them get the overpriced brisket. Also you should tell customers that if they want double brisket, its way more than normal double meat ($7.60 extra.) I normally get double chicken & guac and so I got a double portion of the only meat available - brisket - and did not realize my bowl would now cost $25

This is the location I always come to and so far I haven't had any problems.
If you have such a bad day and you arrive with no friendly attitude or a bad attitude don't expect to be greeted with flowers.
People now complain about everything and just go whining on all the platforms leaving bad reviews behind the screen of their phones eaasy (instead of facing him in person) in a place where we will never know the other side of the story.
Customers are not always right.
