This place has taken a nose dive. I ordered 3 crispy tacos, the shells were stale and the amount of steak negligible. To top the experience, I was charged for someone else's items and had to wait for the cashier to learn how to refund my card. Absolute disaster, even if you like Chipotle, best to skip this location.
Every time I go to the particular chipotle I feel as if I have food poisoning. Please save yourself and your kids the stomach pain and dozens of trips to the bathroom. Take my word.

Very unhappy with this location. I was late to picking up my food due to emergency at work, and not only did they refuse to remake my food that I paid for, they also did not offer me a refund since they wouldn’t remake my food. Would not recommend eating at this location for this reason.

I asked for a glass of water and they said they didn't have bad service and the beans were salty.
I love Chipotle in general but this center has always disappointed me. They do not serve the bowls in the right size or combinations, twice I have had to cancel my order online as they did not have Guacamole and made the order without it. Employees are rude and difficult to talk to. Once my online order got stolen too, I wonder why they would not put the orders in a more controlled place.
