The most low standard and poor work ethic branch I’ve come across , I was shocked to see “Henry’s” (I believe his name was) attitude and the staff followed his lead I guess. Please avoid this branch if you’re not trying to get sick. Food handling at its lowest standard increasing cross contamination. They all claiming they are serving healthy, Yes indeed with filth!

Chopt has the best to go salads I’ve ever had. Their portions are More than generous and worth every penny! Ingredients are very fresh and delicious.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Falafel is fabulous.

I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and in my professional opinion Chopt is the healthiest restaurant in Rockville. The food here is absolutely delicious and nutritious! Maricelly, Kenean, and the rest of the staff here are nothing short of amazing. Every time I come in I’m greeted with genuine kindness and warm smiles. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed with this restaurant; it’s seriously so good I eat here almost every day!

Joelle and I can’t remember the other guy’s name ( but he is a Dominican guy) they make my day. Every time I have a bad day they always cheer me up. They have the best customer service hands down!!!! No other chopt had service like this. Good job guys

Joelle is the main reason I love coming here! Every time she greets when you come in and always when leaving states “I hope you have a great day” her portion sizes are perfect and always accurate on what we order. One time we ordered online and when we got to the location the cauliflower rice needed more time to cook, we decided to wait, took a little longer than expected but Joelle the whole time checked in on us, asked if we needed anything else, offered us a drink and kept apologizing. Also let us everytime she was going to check on the cauliflower rice to see how much longer, love customer service like this! Thank you so much Joelle for making our experience enjoyable every time we come! I haven’t seen her the last two times I came and have missed her!

The manager was rude never had I felt so ignored at any establishment no greeting no Thank you basically no acknowledge besides asking for my payment, as the gentleman behind me got a greeting, offer utensils and even thank him. I will not be returning to this location ever.

I miss the fact that they chopped the salads up. It used to be my go-to place for a salad because you could always eat there in a lunch meeting or chat with friends without worrying about having to cut your salad or get a large piece of lettuce that you have to slowly work on... or even having a piece of lettuce get stuck and flick salad dressing on your clothes. But all good things must come to an end, and now my lettuce insecurity is back. I know, first world salad problem.
