It is always a special time with my grandson. There are games we play together. I usually beat him motorcycle racing and he beats me pretty bad in basketball. This location is great. The staff remembers us when we come in. Regardless what is going on they always have a smile.

My child absolutely love this place, and it’s easy to see why. It’s fun, bright, and they always have a great time with the games and activities. As a parent, though, there are a few inconveniences. Sometimes there’s no cashier at the counter when you want to order pizza, drinks, or any add-on services. You often have to wait for someone to come back, or stand in the main line again, which can be frustrating — especially when you’re trying to keep an eye on your kids.
Other than that, it’s definitely a place children enjoy, and we still come back because they always leave happy. A little more consistency with the service would make the experience perfect for families.

We love this place. Over the past 10 years, we’ve watched Chuck E. Cheese get better and better. We’re very happy to be Gold Members. Even though we don’t come often, every visit is exciting and always leaves us completely satisfied. All the staff are very nice. Thank you for being such an important part of our kids’ childhood as they grow up.

We have been coming to this location for over a year now and after getting the fun pass, we have been coming here more than ever. All the front desk person I have met all this time has been awesome and helpful. But this girl who seems new is the meanest and most unhelpful arrogant front desk I have met anywhere in my life. I walked into the store as usual and go to the front. She has her mouth zipped like there was no hello, how can I help or any sort of words. So I told her we have silver pass so she know she can put that in the system and I have to scan on my phone, but even after I initiated the conversation she kept quiet like she didn’t wanted to help at all. What kind of customer service is that, especially you are supposed to help the customer since that’s what you get paid for. Since she didn’t say anything, I scan my code for silver pass then she said very rudely “I am not ready yet!” Like I am supposed to know without her saying a word. Then when I gave her card, she scanned and throw the card on the counter. She shouldn’t be at the front desk if you don’t want to do even a basic customer service that you are supposed to do and getting paid for. I never asked her to do anything that she wasn’t supposed to do. I am writing this review after my second visit when she was at the front again and didn’t say hello or anything. So again I wasnt sure when she was ready for me to scan my phone. Then I eventually scanned my card just guessing she must be ready since there was no word coming out of her mouth. Once I got my card scanned I said thank you and she said “you are welcome” like the meanest way like hell yeah you are supposed to say thank you to me for helping you out, like literally entitled. This stupid girl literally spoiled my day. I am not giving low review because I don’t like Chuck E. Cheese, because of this girl who is giving the badest customer service ever!

I was actually pleasantly impressed with this location. Chuck E Cheese has improved a great deal. The cost for a 6 year old birthday party was pretty high in my opinion but the kids had a lot of fun. One downside, you pay for a 2 hour unlimited playtime and they provide play chip cards to insert into the games. The moment you pay your bill regardless if you had not reached that 2 hour window those play cards are cut off. So a suggestion..do not pay your bill until that 2 hour or 1 hour or how much time you purchased is up. Our group time was cut shirt by 15 minutes.
Such a great party experience! I was a bit skeptical but our son really wanted a Chuck E Cheese party for his 5th birthday after attending one. Everyone had such a great time and it was so easy to plan. they handled everything once we were there as well. I highly recommend for a younger kid's birthday.
