We had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday on Saturday. We did a party for 8 kids from 10-12pm. We did the ultimate package and it was fantastic. Our host Christopher was friendly, prompt and was always there when we needed him. This space is great for mixed age kids as the older kids at the party (9-10) also loved the party. The food was really good and their is an option for a salad bar as well. I would highly recommend for any family that wants to take the easy option that leaves everyone happy.

We come every week because the machines work, the staff can be very kind and helpful and we enjoy the Annual membership for 8$ a month for 40 game points a day and being a member occasionally gives bonus tickets and gameplay. There are higher tier memberships which give more game points and bigger discounts on food and the trampoline/ adventure zone pass. The membership will pay for itself in a few visits. The price selection seems to be improving to more fun and creative toys that children actually use. Like a cool sticker puzzle book. The best part is definitely the trampoline and adventure zone climbing gym/ slide. If you're a member it's about 7-9$ admission fee Monday to Thursday. (More expensive on weekends) So it's definitely worth it for your little ones to be active, make friends and you can play games too! Although it was more fun with the anamatronic chuck e and no screens when I was young, there is a real person dancing and my children enjoy the performance from chuck E. I am looking forward to gluten free non dairy food options one day.

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese and had such a great experience! Kattye was amazing and really made the visit special. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about making sure guests have a fun time.

Horrible experience (except for the young guy that wears the rat costume), there was a girl named Caitlyn (or that’s what she claimed her name was, is a red dyed haired girl) who despite being able to get a blue lollipop decided not to and offered just one option when there were more than one blue lollipop, she seemed so miserable and unhappy that apparently she wants other to feel the same way. Girl if you hate your job so bad go find another one, however at the end of the day you being you with you, your nasty attitude will for sure create havoc in your life.

Yesterday, we went to Chuck E. Cheese with my son and I had the premium fun pass and I had problems with the sign in for first time, had never happened before. The manager attended me, I forgot their name and he didn’t want to help me out. How is it possible that they have managers that don’t help their clients? Also, he left me standing there waiting for his help and never came back.

This is a great place to come with 2+ year olds. My son has a great time eating pizza and going on the few toddler rides they have.
I do wish the place was kept up a bit better. I understand it's wild and a free for all. My biggest disliking is that the tables are left with trash and it's not easy finding a clean table. The food prices are a bit high too, but the pizza is good! I wanted the salad bar too but whenever I walked by there was hardly any lettuce.
Overall, I dig this place because it's gun for my son. I can see a birthday or two ending up here. If they just had more staff this place would be great.

It is always a special time with my grandson. There are games we play together. I usually beat him motorcycle racing and he beats me pretty bad in basketball. This location is great. The staff remembers us when we come in. Regardless what is going on they always have a smile.

My child absolutely love this place, and it’s easy to see why. It’s fun, bright, and they always have a great time with the games and activities. As a parent, though, there are a few inconveniences. Sometimes there’s no cashier at the counter when you want to order pizza, drinks, or any add-on services. You often have to wait for someone to come back, or stand in the main line again, which can be frustrating — especially when you’re trying to keep an eye on your kids.
Other than that, it’s definitely a place children enjoy, and we still come back because they always leave happy. A little more consistency with the service would make the experience perfect for families.
