I’ve been going to the restaurant for many decades and it is one of my go-to options, mostly for ambiance. The food is okay as there are few healthy choices for me with many dishes being on the fatty side. They have not updated the menu for a while with some healthier choices for a while. But the ambiance of the hunting /horse-back riding is awesome.

Love come here for the oysters at happy hour :)While the other food is great, oysters are my faves. Also, so many good memories were made there when the office was just across the street. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Love this place.

Amazing atmosphere but they burn the hell out of their steaks. Everytime I get a steak here they burn it to a crisp. There is zero quality control on that and I’d like to see it change. Staff is super friendly and always provide top notch service.

Tucked away by office buildings, but with ample free parking. I've also been to the Gallery Place location too, so the ambiance was similar, but this location definitely had more space to curate a more lodgey feel. I personally find it a bit outdated, especially their carpet, but that's their signature look. Depending when you go, you'll see a different mix of people. I've been here for a work lunch before and you'll see many people in suits and business attire. This also seems to be a local neighborhood favorite with regulars in the upper age range. I also had food by the tables next to the bar. I came here for just drinks as well and the drinks were good and the bartender was nice, but it is pricey. This place can get busy and take a while for service. The food was good, but not memorable to me. Not a place I would pick myself again from so many options around, but it's a good experience and a neighborhood favorite, worth a try!
I can recall a time where Clyde's crab cakes or as we referred to them as crab pucks (firm thick consistency) were some of the best in the area. I have not been in a couple years and this was the first time visiting this location.We were not really feeling the seating area as it was a bit cold and drafty. We managed through and ordered the crab cakes and a few other appetizers.The crab cakes taste like they are no longer using premium crab and they were falling apart before even touching them. The crab dip was quite chunky as well. The taste and overall experience was not like I remembered.This location has a bunch of seating and different areas which again made me wonder about our seating in the corner of the bar area with a child.Possibly would recommend for a corporate luncheon due to the space but they would have to step the food back up!
My fiancé and I had a romantic dinner by the fireplace. The crab dip, butternut squash ravioli and roasted brussel sprouts were amazingly delicious. Service was outstanding. Our waiter told us about the history of the building. We fell more in love that night.

While this is not exclusively a seafood restaurant, it is a go to for just that. I really love bronzino. Clyde's does this to perfection. It is pan seared. It was seasoned well, perfectly cooked ( not dry and not soggy). I recently had the fried calamari. Light panko breading and tender calamari inside. There are many more options I'm looking forward to to trying. Yesterday we had the ribeye and the Easter Special - lamb chops. While I chose the chimichurri sauce which was great, my Husband got the black garlic sauce which was amazing-sweet and tangy with pepper you can taste. Wow!!! Shout out to the asparagus with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts!!!! I love my green veggies but this was a real treat. When they bring back the brussel sprouts please try them. They are out of this world delicious (and do contain pecans). The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked to my Husband's specs. We didn't like the Mac n cheese. Also amazing is the bread pudding. So melt in your mouth delicious. The ambience is uniquely lodge and cozy. The service is the best!! The pralines on top are a treat! Clyde's is a must go!
