I ordered New Year’s Eve 2024 dinner couple of days ago, and got a text confirming my order and pickup time and date. I go to pick the food and they closed. I get a text 30 mins before pick up that they cannot fulfill my order and they will reimburse me. What kind of people do this, ruining my party and dinner for my guests. They are horrible. Never going there again.

Ridiculously rude staff. No customer service whatsoever. They messed up my order and didn’t even apologize and rather told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’m allergic to tomato and the my put tomato on my food and didn’t care. Their manager Diana was kind of racism towards an African American couple that was there. I would not recommend

Ordered a few overpriced large sides for $6.55 each but they came in medium sized containers at best. The french fries were overcooked and the mashed potatoes were completely runny and inedible.
The business refused to issue a refund.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I called at 6:10 pm to placed an order. Henry answered the phone but apparently he forgot to put my order in. I got to the restaurant paid for my food and THEY MADE ME WAIT MORE THAN 1 HOUR for my food. I didn’t leave from the restaurant until 7:30 pm. My husband talked to the manager and it was not much he could do for us. This is unacceptable!!! I am not coming back to this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Ordered a full chicken meal to dine in. They gave me two small containers of sauce which was mostly colored mayo. The chicken and yuca was extremely dry. So I asked for more sauce and they wanted to charge me 1 for each small sauce. Plus bathroom was not clean. Sardis is much better.

Came to this location after a long day of work and sports with my kid.When I got there, there is a sign outside that of the picture I posted. Which is incentive to pay with cash obviously and who doesn’t like discounts? So I went to the nearest ATM took out cash and for nothing. When I got to the cash register, I ordered her food and then I told the person taking the order about the note. He went to the kitchen on the side to ask about the note which apparently he didn’t even know was outside then the guy came and told me that isn’t working. ? as if it’s a vending machine or something. I let them know that they should really think about taking the sign off since they’re not offering a discount making it false advertisement.The place smells like cigars I think because of the store next door.The food did not taste fresh at all really felt like the rice and beans were water down in the chicken taste like it was from the day before. Even the yuka fried felt like they were still frozen.The only good thing I saw is that the place was quiet and the tables were clean, but it might’ve been because there was not too many people in there.
